Exceptional Service
Funeral Director Olly Oddy, celebrant Neil Prince and the rest of the team at Albert Marsh in Wareham were so helpful, caring and thoughtful. Their advice and attention to detail was truly exceptional. They took care superbly of all the arrangements for our family.

Organising mum’s funeral . . .
Losing our mum was a tough experience for our family and we are so grateful for the kindness and compassion given to us by all the staff at A E Jolliffe. They treated mum with care, dignity and respect and supported us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us give mum the beautiful farewell she deserved. We are very grateful for all their care and support during a heartbreaking time.

The staff at Lesley Shands are just so very caring and professional
When I first met Danielle at Lesley Shands she was just so caring. She explained each step of the way and although I was devastated at the loss of my husband, she really did help and made everything that bit easier to cope with and explained everything in detail. Natalie, the receptionist has also been brilliant and also so very caring. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and it was an absolute pleasure to pop in to see them. They were also so very reverend about everything and never rushed me when a decision had to be made. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The whole process was straightforward and easy, inspite of issues we had with the coroner, the company managed the potential delay in a very professional and compassionate way. The funeral staff were excellent on the day of the funeral and the whole service went very smoothly and perfectly fitting for our mother.

It’s the 2nd time I’ve used Ives & Shand. They were very helpful and happened to have their partner funeral directors AE Joliffe & Son closer to us so my Dad could rest near us. What a send off
I wanted a funeral for my step Mum that was a true celebration of her life , i was able to carry out the ceremony myself , it made it personal , i was support with this with all at A E Jollife, i would totally recommend them , the Ferndown branch were amazing , even letting me do the flowers. We had an amazing photo show , music and dancing. What better way to send off a loved one.
