Lake, Sandown Isle of Wight
The Lake, Sandown Undertakers were so professional and respectful, all aspects of the funeral were handled with compassion and empathy, making what can be an upsetting experience very bearable. Little touches made all the difference, rose petals on the coffin and keys to a Memory Box placed in the deceased hand. And finally they were all dressed immaculately. Thoroughly recommend.

the whole experience was made easy.
the whole experience was made easy, the staff are great and patient, it did feel like one was making plans for there funeral but listening to what one wanted, so we were able to make it funny at times, great weight of my mind that family do not have the worry and expensive in the future

A fantastic and very positive meeting
The staff are very professional and manage an emotional situation with a very light touch. This makes a difficult situation much more relaxed and manageable. They are very approachable and even allow humour where appropriate. They deal with the most difficult questions openly, honestly and without a hint of faux sympathy or false facial expressions. It is actually an uplifting planning meeting.

It could not have been made easier Everyone was so very helpful and pleasant I was made comfortable and everything was explained in great detail I was given plenty of time to discuss things The girls answer my question and I left feeling that I had what I wanted to happen to me when the time comes I feel that it was the right thng to do at the right time I told my daughter about it and her and her husband are now going to do the same thing

Very quick & straightforward
Very quick & straightforward, but disappointed with the funeral plan going to my brothers home as I stressed that it should be sent to me as he is bed-bound, lives in a flat with communal letter box where all mail is left on floor & he is unable to get it!

Easy
To be honest it started off as being a bit of a faff having to have a telephone conversation first and then an appointment to meet someone at the chosen branch but apparently this is a legal requirement now. Tess was brilliant when I met her and sorted everything out very quickly explaining everything very clearly. I thoroghly recommend using the Southern Co-op.
