After the sudden passing if my dear wife and emotionally high,i called 3 different companies,.i was not spoken to with kindness so i called with grace,.the lady offered me exactly what i requested at at very affordable price,other companys were much higher, i started to cry and i was shown compassion and time to cope with a very difficult task

Mr Luke James was professional from the word go. He explained everything in laymen terms from start to finish, he answered all my questions regarding the procedure and not in a cold, detached tone but like we were old friends having a blether. I paid in full that day and have no worries now about my family having to deal with funeral arrangements. I would say I would deal with them again but don’t think I’m coming back again 😊
