I bought a product months ago for £5.99 and every month they try to deduct £59.99 from my account. This is absurd. Beware of this fraudulent company.

Title: Still No Refund After Nearly a Year — Very Disappointed

I placed an order with Funk Supplements on November 20, 2024. The parcel was misdelivered abroad and returned to the company in December 2024. Since then, I’ve spent months emailing for updates, and despite promises that a refund would be issued, I still have not received my money back.

I’ve been patient and polite throughout this entire process. Even Combat Sports Lab (who now handle Funk Supplements) confirmed they would refund me but have since gone quiet again. It has now been almost a year since my order, and I’ve received neither the product nor a refund.

The company’s own terms state they will offer refunds or exchanges within 60 days, but they have not honored this policy. I’ve also opened a complaint with the BBB, but the situation remains unresolved.

Very disappointed in how this has been handled. I hope my experience helps other customers approach this company with caution.

Please don’t not take money from my account, you’ve taken money from me on 5 occasions, totally to just under £300 I don’t recall agreeing to you continuing to take money. This is disgraceful, if your reading this do not have anything to do with these people.

Please don’t continue to use tricks to take more money from your customers, many people are complaining about transactions you are doing. How can I buy 2items marked for £12.95, then after getting my bank details you take extra £89.95 in 1 week, when and did agree that?
I need urgently my money back the £89.95

Tried always to contact them to stop sending me the supplement every month but no joy?

I don't know if my package is being shipped or if I pre-ordered.
