Ease and quality.

I got my first delivery, the whole process was professional and easy to navigate. Correspondence was great. The food was amazing, I believe the quality is better than major Food Companies. I've recommended FF to my friends and made my second order which is larger than the first as initially I was unsure what the quality would be like. What a wonderful concept, keep up the good work. Thanks for helping the average family financially struggling and our hard working farmers!!

I loved our actual produce ...my husband and I both horrified that its not good enough for the supermarkets. I love tht we can return the box for recycling. Service communication and cost all excellent. Great initiative

Great communication, prompt delivery and really happy with all my veggies and fruit I would say better than the big supermarkets.

The food arrived as promised and was excellent quality. The post delivery customer service to answer my questions about my next order was prompt and very helpful.

I've subscribed to funky food for more than 3 months, and ngl it's made my life easier. Lots of variety, and I personally love being creative with vegetables when I cook. I'm a stir-fry kinda person, and every meal with funky food slaps.

Ordered our first box, reasonably easy. I liked that I could see the list of the box contents and I could easily substitute items online. The box duly arrived and I I was quite pleased with the quanity and quality.
Then the second box was due to be paid for - first I couldn't log on, then when I managed I could not find anywhere the list of products, just kept going round in circles to the rather over priced grocery add ons. Eventually I messaged to ask how I could find the list and make any changes, just to be told that I would have to message every time to ask for a list, then ask for a list of substitute items, then message to ask for any changes. Way to much hassle when it was so easy the first time - I really don't understand why that facility is only available on the first order. Now looking to find another company.

Couldn't even co-ordinate what date they were delivering, was told rest assured it's coming this Friday 27 March (in writing) then messaged as I didn't have a tracking code, oh no it's coming on 3 April, but happily took payment yesterday. Cancelled then and there and requested a refund. Do not have time for this incompetence!

Amy from Funky Foods is absolutely incredible! She is always so quick to respond, happy to make changes to our orders, and goes above and beyond to help tailor our boxes to suit our needs week by week.

We genuinely love the quality and freshness of the produce — it’s honestly tenfold better than what you get at conventional supermarkets. Knowing that my family is eating fresh, seasonal food every week is so important to us.

An added bonus is reducing food waste and not contributing to landfill, which makes supporting this company feel even better. It’s also one of the most affordable ways to eat well!

On our fifth order, we were very disappointed to discover that they had swapped out a vegetable for a fruit which was one kiwi fruit in the box and the worst part of it is that it had a sticker stating it was from The USA. I am definitely not happy with supporting America while your company promotes locally sourced produce from Australia helping our Australian Farmers. This was a major decision for my purchases with you. I am very disappointed and have lost confidence in your company.

If it sounds too good to be true it usually is. Dealing with the company was EXTRA stressful. My first box was perfect, the second box was missing many things; It isn’t worth it, I don’t want to feed my family the same thing every week & to change what’s in the box you have to message them to do that, they say they’ll do it but don’t.
It’s really not better price nor quality than a shop as advertised, Cancelled my subscription. Will do my fruit/vegetable shopping the normal way.

REAL veg! As in they taste so much better than standard supermarket veg, I can pick and choose what I love and my dollar is better spent this way. The staff are responsive and lovely to deal with too!

Received wrong box twice, I didn't like many of the items received so it was very annoying. Quality sometimes is better. Customer service is good though, they gave me proper solutions for my issues.

The service is excellent. The food is good quality and fresh. Very reasonably priced. Delivered to my front door and so convenient. I have started eating way more fruit and vegetables because this has made is more convenient.

We ordered the big box and it will feed our family for 2 weeks. The amount of food for the price we paid is great value and much better than the supermarket. The range of produce and quality is incredible. I was so excited and pleased with the contents of our box.

I absolutely love Funky Food. The produce is always fresh, generous, and such great value, and I love knowing I’m helping reduce food waste at the same time. Delivery has been reliable and easy, and everything arrives beautifully packed. This has genuinely made grocery shopping simpler and more affordable for our family. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to save money and do some good.
