Arranged a specific delivery day due to work. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Two drivers put them together and where I wanted them to go. All a great experience and the sofa is amazing! I recommend these to anyone!! 🥳🥳

While the sofas are great, the logistics concerning delivery were not so.
I was told to expect a call on Monday 13th to confirm delivery for Wednesday 15th. No call happened and after messaging the company Tuesday and Wednesday, it was only after Amazon contacted them, that one of the team sent a message on the Wednesday morning promising a phone call later that day or the Thursday.
Thursday 16th, the message was confirming delivery for the following week, again on the Wednesday. No response as to what had happened to my furniture the week before.

I got a phone call from the driver @ 06.50am to say he was 10 minutes away.
One person driving and delivering sofas!
He left them on my decking and drove away again!
I am a pensioner with reduced mobility and no possible way of moving 2 sofas into my holiday home.
I ended up having to pay a contractor to get them into my lounge.

Hopefully this is the last time I need to buy big items of furniture because the delivery process was a disgrace.

Ordered this online to go with an already existing one. The ordering was easy and within a few days I had a delivery day set. They called from head office to confirm the day and time slot and on the day the delivery drivers arrived within the time window I had been given. They put the boxes in the garden for me and the whole process was amazing tbh.

After an issue regarding delivery date which was very quickly resolved sofa arrived and I am more than pleased with the quality and comfort of it.
Customer service were good and communication regarding booking delivery date to delivery drivers contacting you when they are 30 minutes away was also great.
Wasn't there for delivery but husband was and said they did a great job of bringing a very heavy sofa in to home and did with care, they also explained how to assemble and about the sofa.
So yes I would recommend this company and their sofas.

5 star review as nothing to complain about. I was a bit dubious with not been able to see or sit on the sofa, but I honestly shouldn't have been. The sofa is lush! Delivered a week after ordering, full communication along the way with updates, arrived in the time slot advised, delivery guys lovely and very careful. They set it up as it came in two pieces, and took away the rubbish! Perfect condition and service. Then came the sit test..... very comfortable, didn't move all night! And whats even better, it looks way more expensive than the price. Would definitely recommend and will look to buy again when it comes to replacing the lounge sofa.

I'm finding it difficult to find the words to express how wonderful this company behaved from beginning to end.
A lovely young lady phoned me on two separate occasions, from the logistics department. She told me what would be happening with the delivery, and it actually did happen.
The delivery man phoned when he was nearby, as promised.
He was also a lovely chap.
Put the furniture in the living room, and was gone within ten minutes.

Great price, fast delivery, drivers where very helpful even put together the main 3 piece suite as the description on the box didn't match what we had ordered, turned out fine as the it was the right suite, rang 30 mins before delivery to tell us when they would arrive, overall great service.

Good communication: advised beforehand a day and time window for when the sofas would be delivered and on the day given the promised thirty minutes notice of arrival.
Sofas were off-loaded and manoeuvred into house quickly without fuss. Delivery team were polite and efficient throughout.

I can't describe how happy I am with the sofa I bought. So comfortable can't get enough of it.
The customer service is so helpful they helped me arrange early morning delivery.
Also the delivery guys Sal and Bill were so professional and polite.

Ordered 2 three seater sofas , they got delivered today . Sofas are beautiful and comfy only problem is they seem more like 2 seaters as they arnt very big only fit 2 adults on and a small child at a push . Delivery guys were lovley brought them into were I wanted them .

Sofa was delivered before date given and in the time slot given, delivery people came within the 30 minutes after they phoned me, company was in contact throughout the delivery process, sofa was well packaged and very easy to put together, sofa is of high quality, very comfortable and excellent value for money, I would definitely recommend to others.
