I bought an armchair from the from the company. It was actually more expensive than other sites but their delivery was much quicker and this was important as we were hosting in the next week. I got a call the day of the arranged delivery and they were apologetic but had to delay the delivery to the next day. This was completely fine by me however the delivery never showed up. Considering the reviews on product quality here this may have been a blessing. I would advise making an order at a more reputable company.

Bought a sofa in December. It's really uncomfortable, and has given me back and neck problems. I've asked them to pick it up and refund me four times now, twice by their contact form and twice on the phone, and it's still here taking up space. After they have your money they are no longer interested in helping. They are now in contravention of their own returns policy.

Customer Service was very responsive and contacted me as soon as working day started. They were precise about payment and delivery keeping me updated throughout the day. Delivery and unpacking was carried out speedily and all packaging taken away by friendly staff.

Fantastic service from the moment I requested my sofa. Got a phone from the company to ask if I wanted it any earlier as it was available. Had a phone call early in the morning giving a time frame of delivery. The driver phoned me to let me know how far away he was. Driver and colleague were able to bring the sofa up to my flat. Sofa looks and feel fantastic! Would absolutely recommend this company. Professional from start ot finish

I ordered a wardrobe from them it was a very fast process, i ordered on a Thursday and received the delivery the next day (Friday). it was odd paying cash on delivery I wish there was a option to either pay fully online when it’s delivered aswell as a pay in cash option. They do charge £10 per flight of stairs so keep that in mind. the quality of the wardrobe is great made to last Unlike a lot of other wardrobes from other companies. I’d definitely recommend buying from them
