I purchased a couch 3 months ago and it arrived and was bent in the back. I reported and sent pictures right away to furniture etc., also known as Coleman furniture or Renegade furniture group. Instead of replacing/exchanging the couch they said they would send someone to fix it. After finding our the fix is expensive the repair was refused and no refund or exchange was offered!! I am now stuck with a brand new broken couch.

Very pleased with product and order process.

I ordered a couch. It took a month to get because the shipping company they use only delivers to my area once a month. So my couch sat a the shipping department for 3 weeks. When I just asked for a refund they told me i would have to pay a 30% restocking fee. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they repeatedly hung up on me. So i gave up, waited and will never purchase from them again!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I had been searching for the perfect idea of these sofas I was the happiest girl when I saw them! They are firm yet soft and comfy, I love the color, and the electrical features. I’ve had them for a few weeks now, I hope they are as durable as they are beautiful.

Purchased a sectional from them. Realized one of the pieces was too long for the space. Called multiple times during business hours and left messages and never heard back from them. Finally got through to speak to customer service and was told that to make changes to an order you have to contact them through email. Very specifically on their website it says to call them and dial 2 for existing orders. Once we got through they said it was too late and that we would have to pay to return the piece and that they couldn't just replace one piece, even though the pieces are purchased separately. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. We realized we made a mistake and were willing to pay the restocking fee even though we contacted them within the cancellation window but it was nearly impossible to get through to them and they weren't willing to help when we finally did.

The delivery service was very professional and quick. We got to pick our delivery date and they were very detailed with explaining the next steps on the process. The furniture arrived earlier than expected that day, which was great, and it was in great condition. Our only negative is that we would’ve liked them to haul away our old furniture. We had to make two trips to the dump instead. However, the furniture delivery store let us know that they don’t haul the old stuff up front. The price was fantastic and it included the shipping which is better than buying directly from Ashley. Overall I would recommend using this company.

Everything worked out perfectly. I went to an Ashely Homestore and fell in love with some couches but they were too expensive. I did an online search for those couches and this company came up. It saved me lots of money!! Quick shipping as well for the same exact thing.

Ordered a couch which ended up being over $200 less than at the store. Couch was delivered as promised and was in excellent condition, wrapped and protected. The only downside was there was no leeway in the delivery day or time - I had to take the day/time they gave me or wait additional time for the next delivery to my town. The delivery men forgot the tools to attach the feet of the couch but went to a local store and got the necessary tools to finish the job. Very nice and professional. Would recommend Furniture ETC.

Best price I could find on the couch I was looking for. They estimated 3-4 weeks for delivery but the couch was delivered in only 1 week and they were great with communication. Very happy with my purchase.

We love our new couch! It is really comfortable and works perfectly for our space. We ordered it from FurnitureETC - they kept us in the loop about shipping and delivery. We had no issues. Would recommend.

The price was 25% less than the furniture store. White glove delivery.

Great price, easy transaction. Really great communication throughout. Delivery was on time and team did a good job getting it loaded into the house and all set up. Very happy.

It is such a hassle to return a purchased. The return shipping and handling fee triple in comparison of what the company paid. My total order was $360 and the shipping and handling fee that they paid was $74. IN order for me to return my items it would cost me $320. Please know the return policy before you buy. They are not willing to negotiate. If I paid that fee, I would have paid for the items twice. Disgraceful. I will never purchase from ETC furniture again and my advice to anyone wanting to do business with them, know who and what you are dealing with and make an informed decision before you buy. By the way the product was gorgeous, customer service awful!!!!!

The entire order process was simple but lengthy wait to receive product. Customer Service was able to update me on process which was helpful. The delivery company used was not good. Bad customer service. I would suggest using a different delivery service for the Bay Area.

Beautiful, comfortable huge sectional! Shipment was super fast. Would of gave it 5 stars if one my seat cushions didn’t have a huge black marker stain on it.

I chose the couch I wanted from Ashley Furniture, but decided to look online to see if anyone else had it cheaper. I saved approximately $500 ordering from Furniture Etc.

The order process was easy. I was contacted during every step (processing, shipping, etc.) so that I knew exactly what to expect.I was contacted to schedule the delivery, and I chose from the delivery dates available. They gave me an estimated delivery time from 4-7 p.m. and I received my furniture right on time.

The gentlemen that delivered our furniture were polite and professional. It took them about 10 minutes from start to finish, to bring the furniture inside our home, unwrap, and put it exactly where we wanted it.

My family were skeptical at first, but now they keep bragging what a good deal I got and how easy it was to get it. I love my furniture.

I really had a great experience with Furniture Etc.I ordered a sofa and loveseat which was delivered in less time than projected.The delivery was fast,delivery service employees were professional and polite.The most important of all is that my furniture was delivered in pristine condition!I will be ordering a sectional soon from Furniture ETC.
