If I got give no stars I would. I stupidly placed multiple orders with this company that never came and when I repeatedly chased it up I was fobbed off with it must have been lost in the post for each one! I always paid for tracked so when I asked her to track it she said she couldn’t. I had one order go to a completely wrong address. After receiving one of the order months later it was such a poor fit! She is also well known to do Instagram giveaway competitions and then not ever give the prize to the winner. There is a massive amount of people who have been scammed by this business. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible company. Took about 6 weeks for my order to arrive, only for them to have shipped me the wrong item. They do not reply to emails nor messages on social media. I want a refund.
They used to be called Furrfetch then Furfitters and are now operating as Selfurges. BEWARE

Goods never arrived. Angry to have been scammed

I never received my order, nobody don’t respond, so I just lost 😡 60 dollars

Shocking this scam is supported by Shopify and they are doing nothing to help me get my money back .

Theft !!! Avoid at all costs

I ordered from Furfitters.com, which is their new name. My order never arrived, their email address is fake and their contact form doesn't work. They ignore the chatbox and Instagram messages too. It is a big scam and I would NEVER purchase from them. Please avoid this "company" because you will never get your products.

Scam. They do not respond to emails. After 9 days they still didn't even process my items for shipment and this was according to the tracking number they provided me. Got a refund from Paypal.

Very disappointing. Made an order on 13 December on basis of delivery within 5-7 days. Nearly 3 months later I have received nothing and have had no response to numerous e-mails.

I placed two orders with this company, after not receiving my orders for 3 weeks I contacted the company but did not receive a response. Luckily I had made my payments through Paypal, who investigated this for me and today I have received full refunds from Paypal. This company appears to now be trading as Furrfitters - so beware!

Ordered January 17th, items have not been received.... opened a claim with PayPal, finally came through, said my order had finally been shipped and they would give me 10% refund (£8)..... claim now closed and still no items.... they have now changed their name to furfitters as well..... furfitters_boutique on Instagram!! I wouldn't mind if they were honest and said they were coming from China, going to take X amount of weeks to get here but they state 7 to 12 days, do even if they do arrive probably won't fit my puppy anyway, waste of money and a total waste of time, quick enough to take your money though... TOTAL SCAM!!

Can't give zero stars unfortunately - they took my order and money on 15th December 2021 and i have not received the order. No response to any messages sent via instagram, facebook, online chat. If as other reviewers have said, the goods are coming from China well can't they at least have the decency to keep me up to date with dispatch etc. Now informed my bank that this is a fraudulent transaction and hopefully i'll get my money back - The only recommendation i would give is "stay away from Furrfetch"

Order of £140 and nothing. Delivery was supposed to be within 3-7 days. Not only have I not received anything but chasing them up via their live chat service is useless. No response. Nor to instagram direct message, twitter or facebook. The tracking site just tells me the order is confirmed but no other information. I haven't ever come across a company quite as unprofessional as furrfetch. My dog could do a better job. Avoid their website at ALL costs.

Thought this was a scam so originally gave zero stars.

The item finally arrived as described but took weeks to get here.

Still giving 3 stars because there was zero communication from them when I enquired where my stuff was and they deleted my comments from their Instagram page instead of just relying to my messages.

This company will take your money and not deliver your items...

After purchasing a jacket for my puppy I have waited weeks for it to be dleivered.

After contacting them on several occasions, through various means, I have had no reply.

Now when I log into my account it is no longer there.

This company is clearly a scam and I would recommend that you do not purchase anything from them as you will be ripped off

Order placed and paid for on 16th December I have never received my order and only had one response from them to say my order is unfulfilled ! Disgusting way to treat people I am a pensioner and looks like I have lost £54 !!!!

Like many others ordered something back in October 2021, nothing arrived- sent emails and no response. I think it’s a scam and needs shutting down!
