This company is deceptive. The payment to Fur Sweep Collar goes to "Margin Holdings Limited". I am very glad a person answered their phone line. Though he had my invoice number and information, he stated a different company name than Fur Sweep. I called to cancel within 10 mins of placing my order. I have received a refund - for that I am thankful.

I tried to cancel my order but that wasn't an option. I put a collar on my outside cat and she became skin and bones and lethargic.I removed the collar but unfortunately too late. I couldn't put the weight back on her and unfortunately she passed away.
Needless to say I don't recommend these .. I should have gone with the seresto. Frugal cost my kitty her life and that's painful.

I bought 2 collars based on Consumer Reports saying it was the best flea collar. They are nothing but CRAP!!! $80 effing down the drain!! I'm so pissed!! Do NOT waste your money!!!

Fraud I ordered 4 Collars in April and they have been charging my credit card $9.99 every month since, under the name of Quest Lifestyle Shop.

I ordered fur sweep (3 collars) tonight and requested to cancel tonight. They got back and canceled and issued a refund! No problem.

I purchased Fur Sweep Flea & Tick collars for our 3 dogs based on their Best Rated 9.9 rating on Smart Companions website "The Top 5 Flea Collars for 2025." This rating was based on how well the collars kept fleas and ticks away. The collars were purchased and placed on the dogs in March. By August I had already removed 1 tick from each of our 2 females. We NEVER had ticks on the dogs before I decided to switch to something I thought was a safer alternative to chews and topical applications. I was wrong and will be switching back to what we've previously used to keep our dogs free of fleas & ticks and the diseases they bring.

This company is a scam, collars don’t work and when you try to return them for 100% money back guarantee you still have to pay the shipping you paid to receive them and the shipping back to where I’m guessing is India given all 3 customer service agents we talked to, don’t order from them

THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY. I ORDERED 2 COLLARS IN MAY 2025. THESE COLLARS DO NOT WORK, BUT MY COMPLAINT IS I WAS SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION THAT I DID NOT ORDER AND WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $24.99 IN JUNE 2025. I CALLED, FURIOUS OF COURSE, TALKED TO CLINT WHO SAID I'D GET A REFUND IN 3 - 5 DAYS, BUT HE CONTINUOUSLY TRIED TO SIGN ME UP FOR OTHER OFFERS, EVEN AFTER I TOLD HIM I DID NOT EVER WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I HOPE I'LL GET THE REFUND, BUT IF NOT, I WILL BE CALLING AGAIN, AND AGAIN IF NEEDED.
UPDATE: I DID RECEIVE A REFUND, BUT I WILL BE WATCHING FOR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES BY THIS COMPANY. I DON'T TRUST THEM AS FAR AS I CAN THROW A FEATHER!

This is a predatory website. I tried to place an order and kept getting other offers which I declined. However, when I entered my shipping address, the screen came back that I had "added" the additional offer. When I tried to backtrack, the website would not allow me to remove the additional charge. So, I tried to remove my information in order to cancel the order, but the website processed the order instead including the additional charge. I called customer service to cancel the order, and "Kevin" received my information then said something about the 30-day money-back guarantee. I told "Kevin" that I just placed the order and have not received the product and will not wait for 30 days for them to return my money. Furthermore, I told "Kevin" that I have denied the charge to Capital One already so the charge will be denied if they try to process this "non-order." "Kevin" then placed me on hold for about 2 minutes and came back saying he would cancel the charge.

Still waiting for my collars a month after ordering. Tracking says USPS is awaiting hand-off from shipping partner in Jersey for 2 weeks now. Customer service claims they were shipped so they can't issue a refund. BS, SCAM, RIPOFF

Customer service is a joke. I can not understand the foreign accent and could not get a true response to the ingredients. Made in China.

This company is a total scam. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Tracking numbers they give you don't work. Emails are returned undeliverable. Save your money and time.

Do not waist your money on this expensive collar that does NOT work!!! My small dog just have some fleas here and there, we live in Florida, my house is very clean and I do not have any infestation, so I decided to try this collar to see if the fleas will disappear completely. I gave my dog a bath, put the collar and wait to see. NOTHING. Fleas came back just as before. Do not spend a dime in this product unless you don’t know what to do with your money, and the MOST IMPORTANT thing that happened is that five minutes after placing the order, my bank called me and told me there were seven suspicious charges for small amounts on the same date and around the same time that I placed the order, and asked if I had made them. I said no, just the collar. My bank immediately canceled the card and refused the charges.
By the way, the order took a month to arrive.
This is a scam, be very careful, they want your money and your information. TOTAL SCAM!!! ZERO STARS!

If I could rate fur sweep flea collars a 0 I would.
Not only did my dogs get fleas (never had them in 12 years) fur sweep and modern lifestyle shop would not refund me my money. My thought process was to find a healthier alternative to my pet to keep them from getting fleas. I will go back to Soresto in a heart beat.
It’s a shame these companies charge a bit of money for a product that doesn’t work. BEWARE!

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my collar, they keep saying it’s in transit. I ask for my money back and they refuse. They are a scam

Ordered collar’s 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t left New Jersey the shipper they use has made it where I will never buy from them again

Upon purchasing the flea collars for my dog, I was charged for a third collar I did not ask for and had to get a refund. Next, when ordering the collars, it said delivery in 5-7 days. My collars were not shipped until 10 days later. I fought back and forth with customer service until I was finally refunded my money. The collars still came about 5 days later so I tried them on my dogs. Collars did not seal to help at all as my dogs are still itching like crazy. The collars have no way to secure them so it kept falling off my big dog when she rolled around on ground and eventually chewed it up. I would post a picture of it chewed up but no option to. Waste of money!

First off, states for all size dogs, it is NOT. Large dogs do nothing but loose them, no way to secure collar.
Next, customer service is terrible, no return communication, this is after multiple attempts, and forget about refund policy.
I bought 5, and feel like pissed money into the wind with this company.
