Super impressed.
Made a enquiry about getting a light fitted in a cupboard and Kev came round the same day and provide a quote, wa sable to get the job scheduled for the next day.
Sonny and his apprentice came round and fitted the light quickly and efficiently, left the place neat and tidy. Super impressed will definitely use Fuse again.

Kev came and evaluated my problem
Kev came and evaluated my problem, (socket totally unusable due to it being badly positioned. Sonny came to do the job, repositioning the double socket to make it usable, from my first phone call, start to finishing of the job, 3 days, quickly sorted my problem out...just had a quote for another job, I would highly recommend this company, for speed, safety, and cleanliness, they cleared up any mess.

Peter & Sonny have now done quite a few…
Peter & Sonny have now done quite a few jobs for us to get our very old Victorian house up to modern standards in terms of electrical works. They’ve made some very helpful suggestions & have also been upfront about all possibilities with problems found, which thankfully all had a reasonably straightforward solution. We will be having them back for future works when we are the next stage of our project as still a few odds & ends electrically to do. Thanks again & I’ve now recommended these guys to a few colleagues and friends who require works on their properties!

[EDITED] - updated to reply - in order to have earned 5 stars the guys should have turned up on time as both appointments were missed by an hour, avoided the patch up to resolve the (minor) damage to the utility room wall and been a little cheaper on the quote. All very minor issues but just enough to knock a star off, we're still happy with the work overall and fully recommended. Thanks for following up.

UPDATE: Reviews like this can hurt our business, so I have conducted an internal investigation into what's happened with a view to a public apology.
I have checked our systems, call logs, sat navs, spoke to staff etc. and come up with the following information. This is just to reasure our potential future customers that we don't go around turning up late and damage peoples properties etc.
Firstly, we almost always quote before doing a job. We did in this case and you accepted the quote. If you thought the quote could've been a little cheaper, you could've gone elsewhere. We wouldn't mind. We know there are cheaper companies out there and that's your choice. Whatever you feel is value for money, and the reviews they get should help you make a decision as to which company you choose.
Sonny actually turned up to quote early as we were working round the corner that day. Peter who did the job, was late to the job (last one of the day and stayed until nearly 6) but called you two hours earlier to inform you and you were actually happy with that as you needed the power still. The utility room wall turned out to be plasterboard straight on to plywood with a stud in between the existing socket and new one we were adding (boiler directly on the other side). Unavoidable acces was required, which was agreed first, and it was about a handwidth between two sockets and patched up.
We stuck to our quote, we quoted an hour and billed an hour, despite being there an hour and a half doing an inside socket, outside socket and outside light. I don't think we could have suplied and fitted everything any cheaper than £105.
I hope this clears up everything for you. We are NEVER satisfied until our customers are, and we will do anything and everything we can to ensure you are 100% happy with our work. We won't rest until you're happy.

Peter gaves us a great impression during the quote so we did not hesitate to book and Kev was very accommodating when booking the date. Peter and Noah did a very good job, despite all the challenges they encountered. I'll be honest, we weren't planning to spend as much as we did, but I'm so happy we followed our gut and trusted them because it was so worth it! The service and final results more than justify every penny spent. I'm so happy we now have a trusted company for future needs and to recommend to others, for their service and their people.
