Avoid this company and their products. My 2 sons sent back in their pints thinking they had the money to upgrade in the Trade-in Program. They ended up not being able to afford the upgrade so I contacted Future Motion/OneWheel and they said they can't send it back that they recycled my sons boards, boards I paid just under 2k for are now trashed with no recourse. They act like it is no big deal, no offer, nothing from them except...this bullshit email from someone at their company: Please avoid this company, plenty of other good products out there, they don't care they just want to sell more with no thought about what we spend on their product. No communication just leaving us without 2 Pints, so now I have to go purchase something else for them....absolutely ridiculous.

Thanks for providing that information.

Per the terms of the Onewheel Trade-In Program, all issued coupon codes expired on May 31st, 2025, and unfortunately, we’re unable to extend those codes or issue new ones. Additionally, as stated in the program’s terms, once trade-in boards are received at our facility, we’re not able to return them.

We know that’s not the answer you might be hoping for, but we truly appreciate your family’s support and participation in the trade-in program. Keep an eye on our website for any future promotions or programs that might help make upgrading easier down the road.

They own Onewheel who have pushed software updates to their products to block self repairs. Avoid.
