I had started with Kyle before this whole Coronavirus became common knowledge. This was a God send. If I had not been working out already I would not have been prepared to keeping it going in the quarantine. I feel my body getting stronger every week. I did physical therapy for 4 or 5 months and still had pain. That pain I had from a past car accident has almost disappeared. I credit these workout with improving my overall health. I feel I have had a better defense against this whole pandemic. Also my mental health has been great with the quarantine because I have been working out. Kyle always starts my day with a text of inspiration to keep it going even when I have a bad day. Seeing the rewards of my exercise has kept me committed to my program. I told Kyle what I wanted to accomplish and I’m seeing the results. I think Future was a great God sent vision. Little did the whole world know or expect that we would be living indoors for months. Future was already setup to keeps it’s clients healthy mentally & physically through this pandemic. Without Kyle & Future my quarantine would have been more challenging. My investment in Future has been because of Kyle Gonzalez. Glad to be a client. Health is your greatest Wealth. Invest in Kyle Gonzalez or another Future Fit coach. You are worth the investment.

Future has helped me get in the best shape of my life.

I have been using Future for four months now and this is the first time in my life I've stayed consistent with a workout plan and my goals. My trainer is awesome and has designed high quality workouts for me that adjust to travel and the circumstances of the week. It's an amazing product that has been worth every penny. Couldn't recommend it enough.

I love future! My coach has pushed me to new levels of fitness. I used to hate running, now I can run a 5K! Thank you for being something to look forward to during these hard times.

Interface wasn't very good and smooth. Trainer I had was awful and just gave me the same cookie cutter workout he was giving his other clients and didn't tailor my workouts for my body very well at all.

Future and my coach have gotten me to go to the gym consistently for the first time in my life! Would absolutely recommend!

I honestly didn’t have any issues with the app at all. No bugs or anything, and the coaches are awesome and very helpful. Only reason I stopped using it is because I could no longer afford it. Amazing app!

My trainer Sam is fantastic. Great with communication and constant motivational messages.

I love Future! It is so nice have a coach who plans out what I need to do to achieve my fitness goals and support me along the way. I am definitely making progress and love that I can do it any time of day depending on my schedule. I’ve been doing all home-based workouts for a few months and my coach has been amazing. I highly recommend it!

Paul put together great workouts. He was supportive of my goals and was very responsive to requests as my schedule changed. The app was user friendly and workout videos were helpful. There was often difficulty in having the app connect to the watch when a workout started, but that would be my only complaint.

I love the personalization of the exercise programs. Fun and challenging!

Future has helped me accomplish my fitness goals. Key value added is (1) creating workout plans for my goals that I wouldn't be able / have time to make myself and (2) having accountability to keep me on track throughout the process. This has especially been helpful during COVID-19 since I have been stuck at Home with limited equipment.

Amazing experience! My trainer Ian adjusts to my schedule and equipment, helps with nutrition and has helped me lose 5% body fat in 3 month. This really enjoyable especially for a busy lifestyle.

Update: Was able to get started and so far love the app and my trainer!

The app is excellent (occasional bugs and glitches that are annoying when you're paying $150/month, but still works very well across wireless headphones, an Apple Watch, and your phone).

But the biggest thing Future did for me is create a mental shift: rather than being something I could just put off, working out became something I felt I had to do - because I knew I had a trainer off in the distance keeping me accountable. Having an exercise checklist makes it harder, mentally, to quit on workouts early - even if you're not feeling it! Your workout routine changes every couple of weeks on the app, which starts to feel a little stale toward the end of a cycle - but still more variation that I'd have if I were planning my workouts myself.

I've been using Future for several months and (prior to shelter in place) was getting to the gym 5 times a week, where prior to that I'd only go once or twice. I feel great and it's tough to put a price tag on that.

The shift to indoor training hasn't been very smooth on the app, and their workout catalog clearly isn't built for it. But continuing to support this company because I think it's a great product.

It seems to work pretty well. My coach is a great young guy and fun to interact with. I have been just "ok" with most of the workouts, but perhaps they are well tailored to my needs.

Love the accountability, flexibility, and customized workouts that Future provides!
