My experience with Future Automations was disappointing. My plumbing company CML used Future Automations to provide us with boiler installation leads.

Several thousands of pounds spent on their fees plus ad spend, and only a handful of surveys booked. Poor quality leads - Most of them wouldn’t answer or weren’t even interested in a boiler install.

Now I do believe they tried to get me results and even did a period of time for free to makeup for my lack of results, but unfortunately all this led to was more ad spend and still no results.

Being a small business the lack of return on this investment significantly hurt our business.

I was hesitant to commit at first, but Jordan really put me at ease. He explained everything clearly with no false promises — just honest expectations from the start.

Future Automations are more than just a marketing company. They take the time to understand what isn’t working in your business and put a clear plan in place to fix it and help you grow.

The communication is outstanding. You’re added to a WhatsApp group with the team, and they reply within minutes — truly unbelievable customer service.

I’ve now signed up for another five months because the results and support have been excellent. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Jordan and the team.

I’ve been working with Jordan at Future Automation for a while now and he’s been brilliant. Really knows his stuff when it comes to marketing and has helped me get things looking and performing the way they should.

He’s easy to work with, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about getting the best results for your business. Nothing’s ever too much trouble for him.

If you need someone who’s professional but also down to earth and reliable, I’d definitely recommend Jordan.

This company has been great for us. The team are very friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about what we are doing. My first communication was a zoom meeting with Craig to discuss our new site, he had all the time in the world to show us around, fully explain everything and make any little tweaks, we left the meeting feeling very informed and positive. It has only been a few days and we have been getting new leads already. We also have a group chat with the rest of the team which we have used and Sophie has been amazing at answering any further questions and making small amendments super quickly. We have our first bi weekly meeting booked in which I’m sure will prove to be extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

I must say I’m very impressed with Jordan and his company! Still early days for me but we’re getting good results currently as expected! Finally a company that knows what they’re doing, looking forward to future growth with future automations IO.

Working with Future Automations has been a complete game-changer for my business. From the very first call, the team really understood what I wanted to achieve and built a strategy that delivered exactly that. Communication has been spot on, everything explained clearly, and I’ve always felt looked after.

We paid this company £3,000 based on a detailed proposal promising lead generation and nurturing services. Unfortunately, they delivered absolutely nothing they promised.

There was no evidence of any real work being done there has been no leads, no updates, and no measurable results. When we raised concerns and asked for a refund, they told us to submit a formal complaint, which we did immediately. That was over three weeks ago, and we’ve been completely ignored ever since.

This experience feels like we’ve been scammed we paid a large sum of money and received nothing in return. Zero communication, zero service, and now zero accountability.

If you’re considering working with this company, I strongly advise you to think twice. Based on our experience, they overpromise, underdeliver, and disappear when it comes time to take responsibility.

We are now a few months in with future automations and I couldn't be happier with the partnership we have built up, from the initial set up of everything and getting the foundations right with Jordan to now having a full business plan and growth plan all set out. they have been great with me and would say they have transformed me from being a hands on worker to a business owner in a very short time frame. Over all best decision I made for the company and we have already passed the target I had set for the end of the year and we are only in August.

If you want to grow your company beyond what you thought was possible then Jordan and future automations are definitely the company to go with.

Since they haven't contacted me regarding my last review and having banned me from seeing they social media adverts..
If you are thinking about using this company.. DONT.. they dont deliver and they have no respect for your business,only their bank account.

I've been working with future automations for three months now, so still in the early stages of testing and seeing what campaigns work best. From being a one man band, it was a big step for me, but the whole team have been so supportive and enthusiastic. From Craig giving me great advise on my social media and general business advise, Harri basically feeling like a member of my team with our fortnightly meetings, Jordon giving me some late night advise on how to close a deal, which worked very well and David helping me with sales. I was skeptical at first, as there are so many companies out there offering the same service, it was difficult to decide who to go with. But I'm really pleased I went with my gut and chose future automations, as the whole team really care about generating good quality leads and genuinely wanting your business to succeed.
