Really like the product but slightly…
Really like the product but slightly disappointed that one item was out of stock. I understand that this can happen and no problems there, but I had ordered two items to split the shipping cost and had I known half the order was missing I would have cancelled in full or asked for an alternative item, as the shipping cost ended up being almost 25% of the cost of the item I received. The order had already shipped by the time I was informed so I couldn’t do anything about it.
But, I will order again from these guys.

Scored a ridiculous deal on a Capita Snowboard
Scored a ridiculous deal on a Capita Aeronaut. Was one of those ‘is it too good to be true’ things where with a Black Friday discount it was over £100 less than the cheapest I could find it for elsewhere. Ordered on the Thursday, held my breath and it turned up via DPD 2 working days later. Great service, shop with confidence.
Not sure how connected this all is but the actual shipping itself was from Groove Armada who I’ve previously dealt with as they fulfilled a warranty claim for me in the UK on behalf of deeluxe snowboard boots. So, again, another tick in the box.
Nothing not to love here though. Great price, great product and quick delivery.
