I always felt they were there to do a good job. Not to do as little as possible. They were very responsive to my requests, at a time that was difficult for me.

Katherine and James were fantastic in moving things forward with our move, we had a tight deadline to get in before Christmas and they worked round the clock (evenings and weekends) to ensure that all loose ends were tied up.
