Great broker with excellent customer service. My withdrawal was delayed and they answered all my emails and stayed in contact accordingly until they fixed the issue and processed my withdrawal payment.

Take in consideration for large accounts
The support team responds to each question quite fast. The withdrawal of funds was faster the expected (less than 24 hours). However, since the funds were withdrawn to a Canadian account,they explained that the amount credited was much less due to a conversion from their bank (USA) to the destined institution (Canada) plus $45 fees.
