We have been dealing with FX Paymaster for a number of years now for our Forex requirements both import and receiving of payments from our overseas customers.
Initially we were dealing direct via phone calls. Now the whole process is online with instant ROE, uploading documents and receiving documents to forward to our overseas suppliers and customers.
The same team is always available if the internet is down or during load shedding or even if there are system glitches (rare).
The human team are the best, friendly knowledgeable and helpful at all times. The non-human team works well, is user friendly and makes forex easier to understand. I would not easily change my forex partner. FX Paymaster takes an interest in my business by going out of their way to understand who we are and how we operate.
