I had bad experience of trading with this platform. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Looks like a scam

This company FxRoad ia a cheater company because it cheats users with showing false trading profits which they manage themselves. When asked to with draw money of profits, they give you false trades and turn your account into negative as well as give stupid excuses to not withdraw. Also system does not allow to withdraw. They take 2 days for approval to withdraw while investing takes only 5 mins. They are a complete fraud and have malicious intent. They are not doing business in US and Canada as they are afraid to be penalized and caught by Law Enforcement Agencies and Police

I have written quite few reviews about these people. Go through them to know more about these guys.
I had invested USD 890,000.00 with these guys. Everything is gone. Lost everything in March 2025.

ON June 27, 2025 received an email from the complaints department. The email puts the complete blame on me for the losses, as if I opened and closed all the trades on my own and they had no role to play in the same.
They offered USD 50,000.00 with a deadline to accept June 30 , 2025. The hidden aspect is, once I accept they will make my balance 'ZERO' and withdraw the credit. At present their credit is stuck. I am not agreeing to their terms.
Subsequently as of today i.e., August 15, 2025 they have stopped communicating - no response to emails and also no calls.
Fxroad marked my previous post as fake. They are welcome to do so again. Look at all my other posts here, you will know who is fake. This is the character of FXROAD.
The complaints department is full of jokers. The people handling customer accounts seem to be culprits.

HI Guys Dont belive this company.They just force you to invest and take advantage.They play smart and when we ask to withdraw from the stock they dont do .I lost more than 280000.They dont respond properly

I want to alert other investors, especially in India, about a pattern I experienced with FXROAD.

After several months of discussions, the company offered me a partial settlement (about $ 18000; around 30% of my investment, payable in three instalments) in exchange for withdrawing my complaints and reviews. I agreed in good faith, hoping for a fair resolution.

However:
FXROAD initially inserted an unreasonable $250,000 penalty clause for any breach — clearly intended to intimidate me into silence. This was removed only after I strongly objected.

They repeatedly missed their own payment deadlines.
More importantly, they refused to disclose the identity of the agreement signatory, his/ her contact details — something basic in legitimate business dealings.

Communication became slow and evasive, raising doubts about their intentions.

From my experience, this “settlement” process appears designed to buy time and delay victims from filing timely complaints with regulators or banks. Many banks have a 90-day window for dispute reporting, and once this passes, recovery chances drop significantly.
In my case, the agreement was never honoured, and recovery from banking channels is now very unlikely; perhaps, this is the exact situation FXROAD trying to drag Indian investors into.

Indian investors should note: FXROAD is on the RBI Alert List as an unauthorised forex platform. Do not delay reporting fraudulent activity to your bank and the National Cyber Crime Portal (cybercrime.gov.in). PLEASE DO NOT GET INTO A TRAP AND LOOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Interestingly, the official phone number FXROAD lists on Trustpilot is actually answered by Capitalix , another arm of 4Square SY Ltd (Seychelles). Not sure whether Trustpilot is aware about this. FXROAD itself never discloses its office address, names of executives. FXROAD recent web portal displays phone contacts in India and Brazil but also very strangely claims no offices in these locations.

The simplicity of FXRoad's design is a game-changer. I Don't have to waste time figuring things out - I can focus on my trades.

Like many others, I was lured into FXRoad after being shown highly convincing promotions and promises of professionally managed trading. I deposited a significant amount after repeated calls and pressure tactics by their "account managers." Once invested, I was never able to withdraw my funds despite multiple requests.

What deeply concerns me is how similar my experience is to a case reported in Moneycontrol (published end of July 2025), where a businessman from Bengaluru lost ₹89 lakh after clicking on a Facebook ad linked to a forex trading scam. The tactics described there — pressure to invest more, blocked withdrawals, and misleading communication — mirror what I experienced with FXRoad.

I’m posting this to warn others and urge everyone to be cautious. Always verify whether a platform is regulated by a legitimate authority before investing.

I also urge any victims to report their case to Cybercrime and financial regulators, both local and international.

FXRoad has offered partial settlements only under coercive non-disclosure terms, which I refused. The pattern is concerning and deserves broader scrutiny.

Complete Fraud platform. Do not invest. There online platform is manipulative and made up. They can show profit to lure you to invest more and then all your amount will go into losses with no time. Its all fake.

Listening Nirmala Sitharaman's talk in social media I registered into the company & investment 21k initially. One account manager contacted me & promised lots of profit & demanded 2L investment. After investment it showed some growth She demanded more investment & promised bonus investment from their side. I have invested 7L on loan with a belief , they also provided 5L bonus on credit. I followed their trade investment guidelines but no growth formed. I went on paying just to save my money. Each time equity went down. Total I paid 20L to them. No profit made. Each time they created a fear of loss of my money. When I denied more money, they taken back their credit. I lost 20 lakh without any profit. All my investments from loan
Totally a fraud Company. Do Go for it, They will kill you.

They are scamsters. After looting me of my hard earned money, they are not responding either by email or telephone calls.

They are thick skinned criminals who are there only to loot the people of their hard earned money.

Most of the glowing reviews for FxRoad on Trustpilot appear staged, while the critical 1-star reviews reflect the real experiences people are having. I personally submitted 2 honest reviews all of which were taken down by Trustpilot. It’s disappointing to see a platform that claims to value transparency dismiss real concerns. Instead of automatically siding with companies, maybe Trustpilot should actually reach out to those posting negative feedback and investigate the patterns. If they truly looked into what’s happening with FxRoad, they’d see the red flags for themselves.
I was able to claim my fund after taking proper step which led to legal action.

Totally scam and fruad.... I lost 21000 inr. First they will compell to make 21k and offers soooooooooo many profits.....once we invedt, their protfolio manager call and compel to invedt more. If we deny then he tell that ""if so, i dontbhave time, etc to concendrate your less amount, if you want to withdraw then you can"""...... And if we ask to return money, them suddenly that manager never comes in picture. I called more than 50 times to their customer care number, they used to told me all 50 times that ""you will get a call from your protfolio manager"""... But we never and ever get a call....... Totally fraud.

I am from mumbai.I invested 21,000 Rs in fr road trade. After 2 to 3 days there will shown you profit. And after that expert they hired will lose all your money.which you have invested.And they will tell you to invest again to gain it.I'ts a fraud app. Don't invest the money in it.On face book how Indian leaders are promoting this fake app.They are showing that you can withdraw money every day at 10 am.When I invested the money the withdrawal was only for 2 days.And they made the profit. And after that when I went to withdraw funds no balance were showing in the withdrawal for 6 to 7 days or more. There is a scam going on.So don't put your money on fx road. I had a profit of 28.90 us dollars When I withdraw from it they had taken all my equity. Which was pending 252 us dollars.They are telling it's credit bonus which they had taken. They should remind me if you will withdraw you will loose your equity how come newcomer will know what your rules are. Please don't go for 5 star ratings it's a cheating app.

I would like to re-fund my un-invested fund and they wont let me re-fund and are bullying and harrassing me to invest it when I have repeatedly mentioned that in need a re-fund. Taking it to court if not re-funded in 2 more days (been a week since initiated req)

They just fooling customers , everyday one new manager will come and insist you to invest more money and then they dont care about your concerns. Think twice before investing

Estou geralmente satisfeito com a FXRoad, mas o processo de saque foi mais lento do que eu esperava. A plataforma é boa, no entanto, e o recurso de conta virtual é muito útil para testar operações.

The platform works well, but I had an issue with the withdrawal process that took longer than expected. The virtual account was helpful for getting started, but I hope they can improve the overall speed of transactions.
