Company billed me twice when taking out a single subscription. I took out a 3 month service and was billed for 6 months. After attempting to resolve the issue I was repeatedly ignored and can not get my money back. The VPS server is also very glitchy and slow. Stay away!

Terrible value for money, VPS took 4 days to begin working instead of the advertised "few hours". Customer service is useless and wouldn't respond and the VPS server I have been given is painfully slow and won't execute my trades on time.

Website is a fraud. They gave me a shared server with another account, this opens up all sorts of privacy, security and ethical questions and easily allows someone to open / close another accounts trades. I reported this and they gave me my own server but it had terrible connection issues.

I have subscription of 6 months to use fxvpspro services for forex. But i have not been able to open vps for a single day. Customer support answers after decade by saying we will troubleshoot but its not happening. Then i decided to terminate services immediately and asked for refund but no one replied even after opening multiple cs tickets. They are the biggest fraudulent in web hosting industry. Save your money.

There have been some billing issues on my account, however the team have been fast to respond and resolve each time this has occurred and provided excellent customer service. I believe issues like this occur with all businesses and it is how the business handles and resolves issues that make the difference between it being a good or bad business. Even with the billing issues experienced, I would recommend this business based on how quickly they have resolved the issues.

I ordered the starter advance plan 3 hours ago. Received an email saying, it usually takes up to 20 minutes to be completed and still status shows "pending" I am waiting for an email with VPS access details.

Update: Received access details within a day.

Update: Using their service for three months. No issues with the server. But customer service not good. I have to wait 1 or 2 days for their response.

I been with them and customer service wise are super low poor or inexitant so if you need a vps with optimum reliability better choose elsewhere.
Now quality wise: modest it works but don't expect a fast vps with them. Super sluggish at time.
Do I recommend them: NO
But if you don't care about customer service and fast running vps : go for it you have been warned.

Hello friends I am back for review as I said will give yearly review. I have been with this company from long time and today I completed 3years with them. Very satisfied with the server and the service I got till date thanks for all the support 😊.

Worst service I have ever used. At this point, I'm wondering if they are a scam. Website says 20mins setup time, and here I have waited more than 24 hours after payment confirmation email from and yet nothing. I even went ahead to open high priority tickets on their website for urgent resolution. 13 hours after that, not a word or solution.
I feel this is just some college kid who setup a website and VPS service on his home machine, and cannot be bothered to run this service as an actual business.
Why should I be chasing with emails for a service I have already paid for?

No realtime support, no phone line to call...seriously...and before you come on here saying I'm not a registered user, my email I used to register is ogbogu2015@gm**l.com.

EDIT: After posting this review, I got several responses from the company. What they didn't do in 24hrs, they did in 20 mins. I believe they read my trustpilot review. Changed to 3 stars. Will update stars after 1 month of use.

TERRIBLE VPS. DO NOT TRUST. YOUR AUTOMATIC PAYMENT WILL GO THROUGH THEN TWO DAYS LATER GET AN EMAIL THAT SERVICE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. TERRIBLE COMPANY. NO MORALS. STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE

I got the initial email that my account could be suspended soon so I sent a screenshot of the payment confirmation from PayPal. The next day I get another email saying my VPS has been suspended. So my payment has gone through but they’re messing up on their end and refuse to apologize or show any type of remorse. VPS requires 99.99% uptime they can’t even guarantee that lol.

Not to mention the purchase process has a glitch that makes you try to purchase two subscriptions instead of one. What a joke of a company stick to any reputable VPS provider instead cuz these guys are scam artists

Subscribed today and cancelled today!

I've subscribed and paid via PayPal but when I looked at my PayPal transactions, I was charged twice!

Contacted their customer service and all I got was, wait and/or open a support ticket!!!

I've cancelled my subscriptions from my PayPal account and also opened 2 separate disputes to get my money back!

This is a SCAM!

Keep away.
