I placed an order after seeing the reviews all over TikTok. I have fallen in love with the concealer and the lip oil. I ordered six different products and one sadly came broken. I informed the customer service and Kelvin sorted the problem out within ten minutes. The products are just how they promote them. The quality is unmatched. I am so glad to have these in my makeup collection. It is giving high end but make it affordable.

I had heard so many good things about fyne for a while, my sister and friend use the flawless medium coverage foundation and their makeup always looks amazing especially in direct sunlight, so I went onto their TikTok live and purchased 4 items on the summer sale. Amazing customer service!

I had a small issue with my order due to an error on the website, but the customer service team handled it brilliantly. They responded quickly, took full responsibility for the mistake, apologised sincerely, and immediately offered a solution.

Rather than making excuses, they gave me the choice of an express replacement or a partial refund, which I really appreciated. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and goes above and beyond to make things right.

A special thank you to Kelvin for the professional, friendly, and helpful service throughout. Mistakes can happen, but it's how a company responds that really matters and they absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction, they beat many ( main/ luxury) brands by far…

Absolutely love this brand! The make up and skincare is amazing. They’re packaging and those little extra’s. The hairclips, hairbrush etc are amazing quality. My bathroom looks luxurious because of Fyne. Not to mention the amazing staff! So much love❤️🤎

I brought a mystery box online roughly about £100 worth in the box and I got it for £30 as they had some fantastic vouchers on. I then won another box on the live so I’ve got nearly £200 worth of products for £30 !
I have never seen packaging of a product that looks so posh and the quality of it is absolutely brilliant I would never shop anywhere else now.
What an absolutely incredible company to do offers like this all I will say is you have to be in it to win it !!
