I haven't deposited yet, but their customer service is very efficient. Even if is not a USA regulated Broker, I'm considering do it now. customer service is very important to give clients trust.

When processing a deposit today, I ran into a small blunder which could have turned disastrous. The representative handled it professioinally and rather fast.

I had a serious issue with Fyntura that ended up costing me a large portion of my account, and the way it’s been handled since has been just as frustrating.

During an active trade, their MT4 terminal lost connection to their data center. Because of that, when my pending order executed, I had no ability to manage it. My stop loss didn’t trigger either because the data connection crashed which locked me out from managing the trade in the terminal. By the time the connection was restored, the market reversed, and my account went from $315 down to $90.

What really confirms the issue for me is that I was running the same trades across six other brokers at the exact same time. Every single one of those accounts executed properly and ended in profit. Fyntura was the only one that failed, which clearly points to a problem on their side.

I sent them detailed MT4 logs showing the exact timestamps where the platform failed to connect, along with the trade history showing the impact. Instead of acknowledging that, their response was to ask me for a screen recording, which makes no sense because the logs already show exactly what happened. That is the actual source of truth for connection and execution issues.

The bigger issue here is that when their system goes down, you are completely stuck. There is no alternative way to close trades since there is no MT4 app or even a web browser terminal to use. That means your account is fully exposed because of something outside of your control if their data connection fails in the MT4 terminal for whatever reason.

I’m currently trying to get this resolved and reimbursed, but based on the response so far, I’m not impressed.

If you’re trading anything where execution matters, especially in volatile markets, this kind of failure is a serious risk.

Their tech support is amazing, and the platform is starting to be easy to get the hang of.

I have been mostly demo trading with MT4. I am very impressed with the low spreads and fast execution, ideal for my scalping strategy on Gold. The real proof of the broker's quality however will be revealed when trading live and I am working with deposits and withdrawals. Thanks to Erin for customer support help.

Where do i begin.. So ive been trading with these guys off and on for the last 5 months and i was skeptical the entire time but i idid withdrawal over $2,500 over that time in small increment's like $800 or less each time. This past week i made over $6,000 and i knew once i tried to withdrawal there would be an issue and what do you know they gave me one.. They made up a fake rule that doesn't exist on there website and until i threatened to make a bad review they paid me what i deposited. DOOOOOO NOTT put any money into this broker they will only pay you unless you make a small amount the minute you do well its over. COMPLETEE SCAMMMMM they were ignorining me everyday until i threatened a bad review on here and im doing it anyways because i dont want anyone else to deal with these losers .. Non to mention its my birthday today so thank god they sent me the money i deposited, but only because of the the threat. DOOO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THIS SITE!!!

Spreads are super thin for scalping and they payout within 24hrs,i noticed some slippage during volatile moves but this is negligible since I'm on smaller timeframes, Overall this is one of the best brokers i have used
