Phenomenal service, truly bespoke to the customer, which is so rare these days. I was ordering from overseas and the experience was flawless, co-ordinated over Whatsapp, with no question too much.
I have just received the piece and the quality of jade is excellent; good translucency, low inclusions and a lovely apple green colour - exactly as described, and in the photographs shared. I have already recieved compliments on it from friends. I am delighted to own my first piece of Fyoro jade, and look forward to more.

I had an unusual request. The staff communicated very well and made up for any delays (that were actually not their fault. These are fairly expensive items and one needs to have some confidence that they will follow through.

I purchased a bracelet and it was great, a little inconvenience happened and I had to get my bracelet fixed, when it arrived I was stunned by the beautiful craft they customized for me. I will be buying more of these products for sure. Be not afraid as the quality is high and it is worth every dollar spent.

This team is full of stars! I found them on an internet deep dive for Jade jewelry — my now husband and I were on the hunt for red Burmese Jade for our wedding bands and they came thru for us! They were able to cut a jem and shape to our ring sizes and send off in the States. Great communication, so friendly and always willing and able to go above and beyond!
