i deposit 10.8 usdt and 11.3 usdt and not recived any money in my account and support not reply this is scam

I attempted to top up my account on the aforementioned site twice—once for $11.90 and once for $14.60—but neither transaction was confirmed.

I sent an email several days ago, but they are completely ignoring the matter.

I had a bad experience with this seller. The customer support needs significant improvement. The only positive thing was the prices, but I eventually found a better seller.

One of the worst experiences I had was when I ordered a product but received a different one instead. When I contacted customer support, they acted as if this was completely normal because the replacement had the same price. That is not acceptable—I paid for a specific product and expected to receive exactly what I ordered.

To make matters worse, they refuse to issue refunds no matter what happens. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from them.

I am writing this review because my emails regarding Ticket #796 are being completely ignored. I used G2Bulk to purchase a gift card using USDT. The invoice was created for 100 USDT. However, my external wallet deducted a network transfer fee from the principal amount, resulting in 98.996054 USDT being sent to G2Bulk instead of exactly 100 USDT.Because of this slight underpayment, the system threw an error, but my money was successfully sent to your address. I contacted live support, and they told me to send an email, which created Ticket #796. I sent the email immediately with all the transaction details, but it has been over 48 hours and I have received absolutely no response.My money is currently sitting in your wallet, and I have neither received my gift card nor a refund. Please check Ticket #796, review my transaction hash, and manually credit my account wallet or refund the 98.996054 USDT back to me immediately.

Deposit completed but invoice expired – No response from support

I deposited 1.10 USDT via BSC (BEP20) to the exact wallet address provided by G2Bulk. The blockchain transaction was completed successfully, but my deposit was never credited.

Instead of being processed, my invoice eventually showed Expired, even though the payment had already been sent to the address provided by the website.

I contacted live support, and they told me to send an email. I did that immediately, but after more than 2 days, I still have not received any reply or solution.

I have screenshots of the successful blockchain transaction, the payment address, and the expired invoice.

I don't recommend using g2bulk.com.

On June 2, 2026, I paid for an order by sending 43.33 USDT via Bybit Internal Transfer to the UID provided by the service. The transfer was successfully completed within a few seconds, the Bybit status was "Withdrawal Completed," and the fee was 0.

After the payment, the funds were never credited to my g2bulk account.

I contacted support:

on June 2, 2026, via the website;
on June 3, 2026, again via the website;
emailed;
wrote to Telegram user @Seedon (Sadman Sizan), who is listed as a g2bulk contact.

As a result, I received no response for an entire month. No confirmation of receipt of funds, no explanation, no attempt to resolve the issue. All my requests were completely ignored.

I have confirmation of a successful internal Bybit transfer, showing the date, amount, recipient UID, and the "Withdrawal Completed" status.

I'm extremely disappointed with this customer service. Losing money is frustrating, but it's even worse when the service simply stops responding after receiving payment.

Until this issue is resolved, I can't recommend g2bulk to anyone relying on customer support and secure digital code purchases.

However, my account was never credited.

I contacted support multiple times in Ticket and Email and received no response for more than 7 Days!!!!!!!!

!I created Invoice #20383 for 10.09 USDT and paid it successfully via BSC (BEP-20) network (TxID: 5643034). Fasset support has officially confirmed that the money was delivered to G2Bulk's wallet address.
​When I contacted G2Bulk live chat, the agent asked me to resend the email with screenshots to supportg2bulk.com, which I did immediately from my email (soievhasan2@). It has been hours, and my invoice is still 'Pending' with absolutely no reply or update from their side.
​This is highly unprofessional. They are holding my user funds despite having all the valid blockchain and screenshot evidence. Do not trust their manual payment system if you want fast service. Update my invoice #20383 immediately!
