long awaited up grade to bathroom.
We have been waiting to do this project for sometime. expectations were high thankfully what a wonderful job was achieved. The team were wonderful particularly Matt and Mitch nothing was too much trouble for them.
The standard of the work and finish were superb. I’m glad that we went with G360 Bathrooms. The full process went well from picking the colours and design and support given with any questions.
We would definitely recommend G360 Bathrooms.

My family instructed G360 Bathrooms to…
My family instructed G360 Bathrooms to remove an existing not fit for purpose wet room and replace it with a fully accessible wet room complete with both bath and shower for our almost 8 year old son who has Cerebral Palsy .
The company are great with communication and works started on the agreed dates. The work was scheduled to take 10 working days and ran very smoothly. Our fitter Matt gave us daily work updates and kept us in the loop on what had been done and what the plans were for the following days.
The fitters Matt and Mitchell were both great, very approachable and kept the rest of the house very tidy whilst the works were in progress.
All in all we are highly impressed with the quality of work that has been provided and the way that Stuart and his team have delivered it.
We would highly recommend !

Mat was approachable and respectful of my needs
Work was adapted to maximise existing shower room space with new boards and flooring.
Geberit Aqua clean replaced existing toilet.

Thank you G60 bathroom for supplying me with my Alura bath. Stuart did his very best to make this work for me. I would like to especially thank Mathew who fitted it with the utmost professionalism. His work was first class. It was quite a complex job with a few other alterations to get the bath to fit where I wanted it situated in my bathroom. Every part of the work carried out was immaculately done.
Mathew was pleasant, polite and exceptional clean worker. I especially want to praise him the way he got through working without a lunch break for 4 days in that late June heatwave. It must have been draining but he didn’t complain at all he just carried on. This made the whole experience stress free for me. I must add his use of silicone was applied perfectly. That is the sign of a professional job done. Thank you Mathew for an all round perfect job.

Outstanding Work by the G360 Team.
G360 came to Sunningdale to fix and adapt our Abacus bathtub for our child. The team — Stuart, Mathew, and Mitchell — were absolutely brilliant. They completed the entire job, including redoing the whole bathroom and fitting the bath, in just six days.
This was particularly impressive, as the adaptation architect and their team had estimated that the work would take four to six weeks. The cost of the work was also very reasonable, especially considering that the much longer timescale proposed by the architects would likely have resulted in significantly higher costs.
I have to say that the job was completed to a very high professional standard. The quality of the work was excellent, and communication throughout the process was very good.
I would definitely use G360 and their team again, and I would highly recommend them for bathroom adaptation work for anyone with special needs.

Wet room conversion
From my first contact with Claire and later Stuart and Mathew, I was impressed by the professionalism of G360 Bathrooms. Stuart visited twice before installation to discuss our options and colour schemes and was amenable to further suggestions. Our installer, Mathew was also an excellent representative of the company. He protected carpets, reinstalled parts of the original bathroom suite and left the room tidy at the end of each day. The flooring team arrived on time on the third day and again we were impressed with the quality of the work. Overall, the company guided us through the installation from start to finish, and we are delighted with the result which complements our requirements at this time. Highly recommended.

G360 Bathrooms are misleading, not recommended
Lewis came all the way to Cardiff from Southampton to assess my bathroom, he gave me a quote, but it was not very clear. Then he spoke to me on the phone, saying that the pipes could go horizontal , but he meant vertical, so he does not know the difference .
He sent me another quote rectifying, but this quote was not including disposal of waste, guarantee of the work and renewal of pipes. When I asked questions, Lewis would not respond, and when I complained, Stewart called me straight away only to argue and be dishonest . This company does not act professionally, they say price and what the work will be, but on new quote they cheat by not including some work and charging for it. What can be more dishonest ??,
Please be aware! The quote was very misleading, that’s why I did not proceed .
G360 Bathrooms was trying to rip me off by cheating on the quote, which says how this company operates. I refused to sign the quote , so i gave my work to another company.
This review is to warn others about this company’s behaviour and to be cautious.

My Luxurious Bathroom

INSTALLATION OF WETROOM & DISABLED FACILITY
In June 2025 our family bathroom was converted to a wet room with disabled adaptions and an ensuite shower room was up-dated by G360 Bathrooms.
As a prequel quotations were obtained from three companies, including G360 Bathrooms.
Based on the presentations received and their subsequent evaluation, the contract was awarded to G360 Bathrooms for the following reasons:
1. Their planner Ian Evans demonstrated his knowledge and experience both as a planner and as a former bathroom fitter.
The process was unhurried, we were fully involved, and there were no hard selling techniques employed.
As prospective clients we felt that our needs were his top priority.
2. The price quoted was considered fair and reasonable in comparison to those offered by the other competing companies.
3. The long experience of Gainsborough Health Care in this specialised field, including hospitals and care homes, was considered to be invaluable in making the choice of company.
4. The work began, as agreed, on the 30th June 2025 and was completed, on schedule, within 12 working days.
5. Our assigned bathroom fitter was Matthew Williams.
Matthew is an extremely pleasant young man and an excellent craftsman. Punctual, well presented, a good communicator, and a thoroughly nice person. He is an excellent ambassador for G360 Bathrooms.
The standard of Matthew’s workmanship has, in our opinion, proven to be of the highest quality.
6. During the installation of the new bathroom facilities Mathew was, on occasion, also ably assisted by Chris, a relatively new employee of G360,
Both men are worthy of our thanks and appreciation, as we can confirm that we are extremely satisfied clients and are delighted with the work that has been carried out in our home.
7. All our contacts made with the staff at the West Midlands G360 Bathrooms / Gainsborough Health Care Headquarters were dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently.
8. Just a few weeks ago I had the misfortune to fall and fracture my left hip, since when I have started the lengthy process of recovery. Therefore, I can definitely attest to the fact that our new wet room is very much appreciated!
In conclusion, I would be more than pleased to recommend Gainsborough Health Care / G360 Bathrooms to other prospective purchasers.
