I deeply regret choosing Gab Wireless for my son's safety. This company has been an absolute nightmare. The GPS is wildly inaccurate, constantly alerting us that the watch left the safe zone when it hasn’t moved at all. The battery life is abysmal, with the watch shutting down randomly and sometimes refusing to turn back on without a factory reset. It’s unreliable and frustrating.
Customer service is a complete disaster—chat-only, unresponsive, and unhelpful. Worst of all, when we tried to cancel due to their failure to deliver a functional product, they refused to release us from the contract. Despite their equipment and service breaching promised functionality, they demanded payment for the remaining term, showing zero empathy or reason.
Gab Wireless preys on parents desperate to keep their kids safe. We just wanted a reliable way to contact our son and track his location, but this company utterly fails to deliver. Save yourself the stress and avoid Gab Wireless at all costs.

C'est honteux ce sont des voleurs ils refusent de me restituer l'argent que j'ai investi Après 3tentatives il est impossible de retirer mes gains heureusement que je n'ai investi que 6 dollars j'ai récupéré la moitié avec le reste ils peuvent se payer des bonbons Je vous conseille de ne pas encourager ces escrocs
