One star is too good for these people, purchased through ebay, and I quote; "5 Official Sony Playstation 3 DualShock Controllers" of which THREE were fakes, upon attempting to contact Gadget Converters to inform them of the issue and try to work out an amicable solution I was met with silence until I processed an ebay return for what they are - not as described, at which point they proceeded to try and use every excuse under the sun including and not limited to somehow expecting items they falsely advertised as genuine but for parts to not be taken apart, used for the purpose they otherwise would have been fit for if they were all genuine, and their lie not be discovered!? Needless to say I am now prepared to take matters much further by processing a claim directly with paypal, contacting trading standards, and taking matters further still if need be if the ebay route does not result in a justified refund. Its people like you that give technical and refurbishing outlets a bad reputation. Your attitude and conduct has been disgusting and disgraceful, I despair for the people who are not engineers as I am and thus easily duped by the counterfeit goods this place sells as genuine.

EDIT: In Response: As you admit, the controllers were sold for parts and "checked", 1. The whole point in something sold as for parts is that they are stripped and repurposed for repairs, thus making your entire argument asinine. 2. If they were "checked" as you claim you would have known 3 of the controllers were counterfeit and not sold them as part of an "official" bundle.

Lastly, I grow tired of your petulance. You might have the time and energy to waste obsessing over how to cover your tracks, I don't, nor do I care about your obsession with this so I will not partake in this waste of my time further or be dragged down to your sewer level.

I bought a drone from their website exactly as described with no issues. I would definitely recommend their website.

I underestimated how much stuff this shop has. I went to Currys PC world to buy a simple Display port cable for my PC and they don't sell them. Thankfully this shop had it and it works perfectly! Awesome shop, like Arnold schwarzenegger, I'll be back!

Honest sellers and superb service!

Purchased an SLR camera from these guys and I am pretty chuffed about the deal and the camera! Shutter count was low cheaper then online and all with great customer service! Restored my faith in retail to be frank. These lads are highly recommended by myself for all your gadget electronics & repair needs!

Excellent service from my local gadget store. Went in to service iMac and was not disappointed the chaps in there really did a good job in increasing the performance of my old iMac as well as charging me a very reasonable amount. All in all would highly recommend these guys!!

Reserved online on 6 April, and I collected my TV on 8 April at your Chingford store London. All the covid guidelines were followed and the item was carried out to my car by a member of staff.
Excellent service, and an excellent product. Working perfectly, and easy to set up.

Gadget Converters referred this post to trust pilot. Trust pilot investigated and have Verified my purchase. Gadgetconverters were mistaken when they denied my experience.
I purchased a dell laptop advertised as having ram with 4GB and Bluetooth. No built in Bluetooth however they provided a dongle. The ram actually only 3GB. Gadget converters offered to post out 1gb chip! Totally useless as dell 15 1564 duel processor needs 2matched 2gb chips as there is only 2 slots. Also I paid for year warranty which Gadget Converters are apparently not honouring.
