An awful company that does not respond to orders. Twice I’ve place a sell order and it shows pending. Tried to email and call no response. Wouldn’t bother with this company.

AVOID - put the order in to sell an old iPod and have had no contact from the company, no response to any emails. Not worth bothering.

Avoid - order has been on hold for a while now, which goes against their own policy, which states you will hear from the team after 24 hours. Phoned twice and told someone will call me back, which never happened. No response to email sent.

Have put in an order with Gadget Mill twice for the orders to be put on hold. I have emailed them both times after the 24hr period specified has passed and no response has been received either time.

Extremely disappointed in this company!

Sent some items hoping to be receive money for them,
I have proof they have been delivered,

NOTHING, - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

You email them and get no reply
you call them and all you are told someone will call you back
AND THEY DO NOT !!!!!

Easygoing. Sent in my old ipods wasn't sure which model it was and to my surprise they were honest about it and gave me more than the original quote. Had to leave a positive review given the circumstances will use again.

Exceptional. Been asked to provide a 5 star review post service and couldn't be happier to.

Sent in a bunch of various devices I had collecting dust including iPods, apple watches and a psp console.

Once received I got paid within a couple of days with no squabbles. Definitely an exceptional service.

Simple system. Found it easy to sell to Gadget Mill turnover was surprisingly quick too. Payment made via PayPal and was sent as family and friends so no charges incurred on my end which was a bonus and appreciated.

Quick payment. Was asked to leave a review after selling them my samsung fold. Got paid what I was told and quite quickly.

Waited 2 weeks for order acknowledgement on selling an old I pod touch. Its now been 2 weeks since i pod delivered by Royal mail (& signed for) and yet to receive either acknowledgement or money. In this time I have sold, posted and been paid for 3 separate old i phone orders through an alternative company. Suggest if you want a quick service look elsewhere.

After selling an old Apple Watch no longer used to Gadget mill with only a slight delay on receiving form to post them (order on hold?) We decided to use them again to sell my Apple Watch series 2 and my partners series 6 (both watches kept on upgrading to new for use on holidays). Order was sent 2nd March. Order again placed on hold? So emailed after 48hrs to chase as it tells you to you and phoned to be told someone would call me back nobody me but I did receive an email on 5th March advising delay was due to Apple Watches being repriced on website and was advised they could offer an updated price and fast track order if I liked. I emailed back to ask for updated prices so I could decide whether to go ahead with sale …. 2 days later and I’ve heard nothing back at all. I guess that means they no longer want to purchase so I’ll be looking elsewhere.
