Excellent Customer Service
I genuinely have not experienced the level of customer care anywhere else like i did with this company.
I had an issue with an eircode an error on my end when ordering my filter. I emailed and was contacted by Lauren who supported me with fixing the error.
And the next day I had my filter.
Not only excellent customer service. But fast delivery!!!
Highly recommend.
So refreshing to have such a high standard of customer service.

I've been using this water filter for…
I've been using this water filter for about a month now, and I've noticed a real difference. My hair feels much smoother and softer after every wash, and it seems much easier to manage than before. One of the biggest improvements is that the unpleasant odor in the water is completely gone. Showering is much more enjoyable now because the water feels cleaner and fresher.
Overall, I'm very happy with the results. The filter has noticeably improved the quality of the water in my home, and I've already seen positive changes in my daily routine. If you're dealing with bad-smelling water or want to improve the feel of your hair and skin, I would definitely recommend giving this water filter a try.

My order problem was solved promptly and to my satisfaction.
I originally messed up my order and GAIA filters were very helpful with getting it sorted. They were very quick to respond to all my emails and helpful in making sure everything was to my satisfaction. I always judge a company by how they respond to a problem and GAIA filter passed with full marks.

My skin had started to become itchy /…
My skin had started to become itchy / loads of white hard bumps on my skin. It was affecting my day to day. My hair was also becoming extremely dry and dull. As soon as I made the switch to a shower filter, my skin and hair has never been better.

Helps my skin a lot

Makes no difference
No problem with order , delivery or fitting and the filter itself looks much nicer than the filter I used before,however having used it now for 8 weeks I have noticed no difference in my skin or hair. I have developed rosacea over the last year or so but the filter has not helped. I live in a hard water area but again no measurable difference in hair after 8 weeks. In theory this should work but unfortunately has not helped.

While many customers in hard water areas do notice improvements in dryness, irritation, hair texture, and overall shower water quality, everyone’s skin, hair, and water composition are different. Some customers with sensitive skin have told us filtered shower water helped reduce irritation, however in your case, rosacea is a complex skin condition with many possible triggers, so results can vary greatly from person to person.
