This filter does not improve hard water. Absolutely no difference, the limescale on my shower is as bad as ever and there is no change to my skin and hair. Don't waste your money. No response from customer service.

My hair is definitely feeling softer, less course and tangled and is much easier to manage. My daughter's hair is in waaaaay better condition and a lot easier to detangle and style. It has made a difference for sure.

The claim is the filter fits all showers, I can confirm it DOES NOT.. that said the hard water is so bad in my area I had no choice but to make it work so after ordering the extra part from GAIA which didn’t work I had to order a part from theUK thankfully after 2 weeks I got the filter to Fit, Gaia were in fairness happy to offer me a refund & the Customer Service was good. I do fell though they should be more transparent about it fitting not all showers. I’ll report back on the actual filter after I notice a difference in my blonde hair from the water.

For sure, Ireland hard water causes several issues related to fall of hair, skin allergy, etc,. Unfortunately this is not known to many people, nor our GPs mention this clearly except few. After using this product, there is a notable difference in addressing skin allergy issues, hair fall. People can try this product and see, as there is no harm.

The Gaia filter for showers really works, I had just been to my hair dresser who had to do extra treatments to clear the heavy metals from my har, ordered my filter and within a week my hair no longer felt like straw and was shiny again.
Hairdresser was delighted at the next visit, now my hair feels great and holds the colour way longer, well done on such a lovely product,
Just be aware you might need an extra connection if your thermostat is very close to the wall.
I needed one and got it from their site within a few days.

It was sent to the incorrect address, even though it had been updated. I have not noticed any difference in the water. Its still hard and limescaley!

I’ve suffered with quite bad dishydrotic eczema on my hands and dry skin all over my body since moving from Ireland to London due to the hard water, and have tried everything in the book to keep it under control. I started using the Gaia shower filter about three weeks ago now and already, the irritation in my skin has lessoned and my hands are now clear for the first time in two years. I’ve also noticed that my hair is like silk when I wash my hair now, which is an added bonus for me! A truly amazing product.

Filter arrived promptly & was easy to fit have certainly noticed the difference to my skin & hair.

I live in an area where the water is crap .

I have had tried so many filters and had no results .

For the past 3 years I have been boiling waterto wash my hair. You know the big ham pots that’s come out at Christmas well I have 3 of them and have been a permanent feature in my kitchen .

Until, I said I would give Gaia a go, she local give it a chance .

I got the filter in August, and got my hair highlights done around the same time. ( I had given my hairdresser the heads up I was going trying it as she said “if I continue to wash my hair in my water she is going not being my hairdresser anymore ) hence why I started boiling water .

6 weeks later she thought I was still using the boiled water .

It is such a super product every house needs .

You have no idea the hassle of not being able to wash my hair in the shower.

I’ve been using the product for only two days (since 06-01-25) and I can see the difference already. My skin, especially on my face no longer feels tight and looks much brighter. My skin care products feel like they are working much better as a result. And my hair is softer and shiner and has been complemented on since I started using the filter. Great product.
