IT’S A SCAM – AVOID

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Gainrep is a scam. You may see an email from a friend or acquaintance with an invitation to join, but once you click the link, the platform siphons all your email contacts and sends emails to everyone automatically. It’s a plague of a website.

Gainrep is a platform designed to simplify the process of obtaining professional endorsements. Our users can request endorsements from their contacts, including via email. However, simply signing up does not automatically trigger any endorsement requests.

To send requests, users must take several deliberate steps: provide explicit consent, check the box labeled “I confirm and authorize Gainrep to send invitations to my contacts on my behalf,” and then click the appropriate button to proceed.
If you haven’t completed these steps and still noticed invitations being sent, please let us know so we can investigate further. If you’ve accidentally invited your contacts, you can stop any future invitations by visiting the My Network page.

As a retired professional looking back!

As professionals working in a variety of industries, we can get too comfortable with our roles to a fault.

When forces beyond our control determine that our roles are no longer required, those who react emotionally may find it difficult to accept the reality laid before them.

The employers are in fact individual entities with responsibility to only their respective investors. The employee is a paid professional whose purpose is to satisfy particular responsibility’s outlined for the purpose satisfying entities mission statement.

No one is immune to change, downsizing, market change, relocation and the like.
Any professional who has not prepared for the possibility of change, is not existing in the reality that is, but in the fantasy of what they feel will always be.

You must always be preparing for an uncertain future because it is not set by you or others. It is reacting to industry survival within the realm of possibility.

As Wallace D Wattles once declared about success “ The learners will be fully equipped to meet a world that is yet to be, while the learned are fully equipped to deal with a world that once was.
