I did a lot of research to find a beginner gaming bundle PC for my 12 year old sons birthday. I came across Galactic Gaming and thought that they were building great value starter PC’s with better quality and more recent parts than some other websites. I ordered the Aries bundle and contacted them to request if the PC could be delivered in time for my sons birthday. Greg contacted me as it was over a bank holiday and assured they would send it express so that it would arrive on time. My son was absolutely over the moon and loves his new PC, He can see the improved graphics and upload/download speeds. It looks amazing and built to a high standard. I would 100% recommend Galactic Gaming for a beginner gaming PC which is quality and great value.

Greg is a pleasure to talk to, at first he amazingly helped me on a budget. Over the last year he has helped me choose the best upgrades as and when I could afford more. I am so thankful for the experience. I will be recommending to anyone I can.

Greg is super knowledgeable, super friendly, honest and down to earth. Offered me advice on how to resolve the problem without pressure, it couldn't be fixed so he came the same day to pick it up and get it fixed for me. Top quality service and for a better price than anyone else

Greg has done a lot of work for us over the past couple of years. From a custom built PC to several upgrades. He built a first class PC then done a couple of upgrades as time goes by. He always offers a more cost effective solution to our requirements. Collection and deliveries have always been spot on and the work has been carried out promptly. I would highly recommend Greg and will almost certainly be using his services again.

Excellent customer service. The monitor was lost by the delivery service and Greg very quickly resolved this and sent out a replacement one very quickly. The pc does everything I need it to and more I would definitely use galactic gaming again

I thought part of my order was missing as I had only received the monitor not the pc and accessories. So I emailed Galactic Gaming and got a reply within five minutes from Greg explaining that my order had been sent out in two parts but would still all be delivered that day. It was brilliant to get a reply on my problem so quickly and it put my mind at ease, the rest of my order was delivered the same day.

I looked about for a new PC for my son's birthday. There were so many companies out there, but what you got from Galactic Gaming seemed a better price for a new starter bundle, so we took the plunge. I must say, for the price that we paid, the system played everything that was asked from it by my son, he was over the moon! Then we hit a snag, there was no display coming on, I emailed technical support on the Friday evening and had a call from Greg within 10 minutes, who went through all the possibilities of the issue, in a relatively short time, the issue was resolved and the PC was again running great. I can't praise this company enough, and for the price we paid for the set-up, and the service when needed, I'll definitely be coming back when or if we need another!

Order a gaming pc for my son for Xmas. Had a few issues with the original but we got it sent back to Greg and he replaced and upgraded the pc for free. Extremely good customer service, rapid responses and so far so good with tye new set up. Thank you Greg and the team

Bought the Venom bundle for my sons Christmas present & he loves it.
When first received the monitor was broken through transit, once I had told Greg not only did he send another monitor, he upgraded it too! Answered all questions fast as this was all a bit new to me. Perfect gaming system for my son. Thank you so much!

After researching and getting nowhere (non tech parent here!) I found the galactic gaming website and sent Greg an email outlining what my 10 year old son said he wanted from his first gaming pc; good graphics, speed, connects to oculus and Xbox, no lagging, good sound etc and what we as parents needed (easy set up!). We told Greg the budget and he emailed back with options and advice and support. The options were on or below budget with links to the specifications and set up and clear language descriptions for non tech talkers! After discussing with our son we placed an order which came in well under budget.

It arrived quickly, was really easy to set up and he was up and running in no time! Not only did it do everything our son wanted, it looks amazing too! Our son is beyond thrilled with his first gaming pc! He said it’s epic!

Galactic gaming have been so helpful and delivered exactly what I was after. Really good value for money, and smashed the competition out the park.

After sales care has been excellent, they quickly reply and have resolved any issues almost instantly.

I highly recommend galactic gaming computer bundle was a great price for a great bundle delivery was very quick within a couple of days slight issue as the monitor screen was damaged in delivery messaged them Greg got back to me straight away and sent out a replacement monitor very happy with the service highly recommend

Can't recommend Greg and Galactic Gaming highly enough - I gave Greg what I was looking for and he sorted out a great PC and deal for me, and also delivered it and set it up for me too. The PC is great and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Excellent friendly service also. Much appreciated!!
