Air balloon disappointment
We booked 2 adults and 1 child to go on this hot air balloon flight in Luxor Egypt. We went at 5 am to the site only to be told that my son could not go because he is a month younger than 6 years. They offered the 2 adults to go and leave my son behind in the car but of course we would not do that. The trip was for his benefit. They asked what we wanted to do and if we wanted a lift back to the hotel and we said yes, we can’t go with out him. When we rang the company to arrange a refund with the help of our hotel the refused, saying we chose not to go. They lied and said they had told us there would be no refund. They lied and said they had offered for the 2 adults to go in turn (we would have taken this option). I spent £150 on this experience of a life time only for it to be cancelled with no refund. They even refused for the 2 adults to go another day without paying more money. Terrible company. Do not use.
