I had already paid Aerolineas Argentinas directly for my flights but was having trouble with seat assignments online. I searched for Aerolineas Argentinas customer service on Google and called a number from the search results — not knowing it belonged to Galaxy Escapes (galaxyescapes.com). Their agent impersonated an Aerolineas Argentinas representative and claimed to be a supervisor who had the authority to void and rebook my tickets. He then charged my card $1,289.75 for flights I had already paid for.

During the call, I received a confirmation email with the subject line "VOID AND FRESH" — that immediately raised red flags. I went directly to the Aerolineas Argentinas official website, found the real US customer service number, and called the airline directly. They confirmed they had absolutely no involvement with Galaxy Escapes and that my original bookings were completely intact and had never been touched.

Despite delivering nothing, the charge remains on my account. I have filed complaints with the FTC and CFPB.

I bought round trip tickets to Costa Rica and they didn't honor the return ! I was booked for Apr 9 return they had me return to the airport 3 days in a row with boarding passes they emailed me, just to go thru hours of chaos to find out although I paid cash these tickets were purchased with points of some sort. I ended up having to buy another return ticket. This ended up costing me with hotels and cabs, food and the ticket another$ 2000 USD!! I have tried calling and contacted numerous staff that all assured me that they will take care of this , but at this point they are all liers . I've received NOTHING!!! I've been offered and told they will fly me anywhere in Canada and 1200 cash but none of this has happened... And WHO would want to fly anywhere with them ??

Ray Trussel went above and beyond to make sure we had full consideration and full service to see our needs were met. Thank you as well for the discount. Southwest has been the best airline for us since 2008. We will continue to fly Southwest because of good people such as Ray and the team throughout our years of flying. God bless Southwest!

This is a company that engages in scamming practices. I was scammed. They are supposedly a third party company for airlines. They scammed me into rebooking my flights at a cost of $5,100, and my flights as per Delta airlines were never cancelled. Don’t get scammed like me. Do google searches for this company before engaging with them. I have alerted my credit card company to the scamming tactics of this sickening company. Buyer beware!

Matt helped me to get my united Airlines credit back on track

recently searched Google for Singapore Airlines customer service because I had an issue with my ticket and needed urgent help selecting a seat for my wife next to me.

A phone number appeared in the search results, and when I called, the people who answered represented themselves as Singapore Airlines or as authorized support for Singapore Airlines. Because I was in a hurry, I trusted them and shared my booking details.

They took advantage of the situation, accessed or took control of my ticket/booking, and charged me fees under false pretenses. They sent an email asking me to confirm certain changes, but at the time I did not realize this was not Singapore Airlines and that the company was misleading me.

My ticket is now confirmed, but this company obtained control of the reservation by misrepresentation and charged me for services based on lies. I believe this was deceptive and fraudulent behavior, and I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized or misleading charges.

This is a rip-off. A best they misrepresented thenselfs as Allegiant Air and walked us thru the supposed round trip and charged is over $800.00 dollars. They sent me an email showing our in travel itinerary - but no conformation of our flight. I call Allegiant costumer service (we had no flight showing for us). So I cancelled payment on the CC charge. So this may be fraud on the part of GALAXYESCAPES.COM -

Do not trust these guys!!! They speak with an Indian accent and act as they are contracted by American Airlines. Do not send payment all you’ll get it a email with flight information and no confirmation number. When you show up to the airport you will not be listed with the airlines. Stay far away from and do not trust there positive reviews they are scammers.

Vincent is a very knowledgeable agent, polite and attentive to each one’s needs. Prompt and courteous are also his great attributes. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
