1 star is too much, considering this company looks like it has no stock and no actual products to sell.

Nice setup :) Sell 10.000 lamps at 70 euro and you've got 700.000 in your bank account. As more people buy lamps you just refund the others who have waited for weeks. Like me. Waited 6 weeks, nothing happened and they just cancelled it with this explanation;

I was so excited to get my lamp when I ordered it… sadly 2 months on and still no lamp and learnt that this is because it is on back order which was not shared when ordering and they took my money straight away. Despite various chasers saying it was packed and ready to be sent I’m still waiting for it… really hope the product can make up for this absolutely terrible customer experience when it gets here. From the other reviews it seems like I’m not the only one but if there are production issues I would have hoped the Company would have tried more to get ahead of this by communicating this to customers with regular updates… would give us all more peace of mind that you are working towards a solution as quickly as possible but this has been sadly lacking

Wish I had read this page first. Haven’t gotten mine yet, and I just noticed that their returns and refunds policy says they won’t accept any if it’s more than 30 days from the date of purchase. Meaning if it ever does arrive it will be well past when I could return it.

Took 10 weeks to arrive AFTER they took payment. Refused to reimburse me when I cancelled the order as the birthday had passed. Not worth the money and shocking customer service.

My mom ordered me a replacement lamp for a lamp that I bought previously from this company that stopped working. That was before April12th 2024. It is now June and the website contact form just conveniently dumps you on a dead-end page that says you forgot to fill out the non existent captcha.

Order in April..not arrived yet in June..

Money paid, no Lamp...

Dont buy from this website, might be a scam. I waited 8 weeks and still no delivery details. I will try to get my money back with my bank. Also contact page on website does not work. Everything is shady.

Ordered one of there lamps after seeing an advertisement. Had to wait 3 months and for $80 it is a massive disappointment and waste. The $20 ones I got from Target are way nicer, save your money and avoid this companies over priced junk.

Ordered product almost a month ago with a 1-2 week estimate and still no tracking number, no transparency on any shipping delays. Strongly advise everyone to do research before working/buying with this company at all. Didn't do that and now I'm out $80 and have to hope I can get it back.

Ok so its been about a month since i placed my order, iv emailed the company twice and still have not heard back from them, i can only assume that this is a scam and that im not actually going to receive the item I paid $100 for. I tried to request to cancel the order and get a refund but all I constantly get is an error on there page so I guess I will be getting into contact with my bank instead. Maybe dont buy from these guys.

UNACCEPTABLE
I purchased a galaxy lamp costing £80 over 4 weeks ago and is still has not arrived, the shipping is estimated 5 to 6 weeks which is just ridiculous

If I could give 0 I would ordered a lamp over 3 weeks ago still not received it despite them taking payments for it.

GALAXY LAMPS is routinely breaking advertising contracts and are sheisty scammers! The lights suck. The bulbs burn out. And they are impossible to reach

Very cheap lamps. Do not buy unless you like things that look tacky and feel cheap. It's not nearly as bright as it looks in their videos or pictures. Obviously made in China.

The lamps arrived with a cheap two prong power supply not with a UK compatible unit meaning you have to buy another adapter to use them, a cheap decision and I don't feel these lamps to be worth the money paid as this was not mentioned anywhere in the description or clearly shown in any illustration, for the price paid they should have the correct adapter included.

Don‘t order from them unless you’re fine with getting absolutely no assistance if anything‘s wrong, because they will not help you.

I ordered a Galaxy Projector at the end of February (which I wouldn’t even have done had I looked at the reviews first). First weird thing was that I never got a shipping notification or tracking number, instead I only got a message from DHL one day, saying that it had been delivered to my neighbor. But my neighbor says she never received anything. What I did finally receive with that message was a tracking number that also said it had been delivered.

So I called DHL and they, in turn, told me to get in contact with the sender since only they can commission DHL to investigate a missing package. That’s what I did and since then GalaxyLamps support only told me to wait for them to contact me again. It’s been over a week now and this hasn’t happened.

I sent another e-mail on Wednesday and an Instagram message on Friday, both were left unanswered. Then I wrote two comments beneath their Instagram posts on two separate days, asking them to please reply to me, which were ignored too. They seem to be effectively ghosting me, which I don’t understand since it’s not like I’m trying to harass them into giving me a refund or a new product. Every other shop would simply take the little bit of time to go to DHL’s website and fill out the investigation form, even if my neighbor wasn’t telling me the truth a closer look into this could possibly clear it up. And whether or not they’ve got that underway by now is all I want to know.

I opened a PayPal claim now, hoping that their complete lack of customer support, which is effectively blocking me from taking any further action (and therefore from either still receiving this package or getting compensation from whoever’s responsible for its disappearance), is enough to get me my money back even though the package was dispatched. The only reason I’m giving two stars at all is because I recognize that the package vanishing in the first place wasn’t GalaxyLamps' fault. But I will definitely steer clear of this company in the future and would recommend anyone else to do the same, there’s similar projectors out there that are cheaper and that GalaxyLamps is apparently not even living up to according to several other reviews on different platforms. I made the mistake of choosing them blindly and now it looks like I might’ve paid 90€ for nothing since their Instagram ads really seem to be the only thing this company puts any effort into.

I was approached to promote their product on my youtube channel 'A Vox in the Void' last OCTOBER. The company still hasn't paid me the fee we agreed and now have gone completely dark when trying to contact them via email. Absolute scam. Will not be using/promoting this business anymore.

Completely unprofessional

I had three Galaxy Lamps and Galaxy Projectors inexplicably break on me, twice in the past week. The weak app won't allow one to change wi-fi network without reseting the devices by holding down on buttons for six seconds. Only one of three devices worked with this reset, leaving the other two devices broken.

Customer service gave me some cheap stock response and, when I followed up, they ghosted me. I told them I will leave one-star reviews, and I will buy and return a product from them on Amazon solely to leave a one-star review there and to cost them money. I will also search for their product on multiple search engines and click on their ads, costing them money.

This is the response they are getting from this irate former customer.

I love the lamp and how it changed the aura of my room. Great customer service and fast delivery.
