This is the second time I've bought rugs from this company. Easy website to use, plenty of rugs to choose from. I've bought a mixture of turnout rugs varying in grams. Have found the rugs to be of excellent quality and very good fitting. A really good rug, excellent value for money, a lot of other brands of simular quality are way too expensive, do yourself a favour and buy one from this company, you won't be disappointed. Delivery was quick.

Exactly what it says on the 'tin'
My horse rug was easy to order online.
It was despatched quickly and arrived earlier than expected.
It is a top quality product and has proved 100% waterproof during the recent downpours.
It was priced appropriately.

Managed to get a turnout rug in the sale, plus a neck cover. Both very good prices. Delivered within a few days and both items in individual bags which was great.

Good communication but
The communication was great and responses were fast with the company, but when having to return items was a painful unpleasant process. I had to pay over £15.00 to make sure the returns were secure as advised by the company for which I received no recourse, and then there was no exchange just a refund without an explanation as to why when two out of the three rugs were available. It was my fault I ordered the wrong size as I was ill advised but not a great return policy in today's current market.

Site is easy to use, prompt delivery and great products. True to size and lasting. Just ordered a job lot of winter and summer rugs at great price for the whole yard as my last summer series rugs have lasted two years and still going strong.

I ordered from their sale section. I got a pair of adult chaps, a nice price, great colour, fits really well. I also ordered a fly rug for my retired mare as she was needing a new 1. She got the "bits of luck", fits really well and doesn't move on her.
