I would give them a 0 if I could. I have purchased many items from their store for years and never encounted a problem. Today I called to check on a order I placed 5 days ago. I not only have been disconnected 3 times but was flat out LIED to. The first representative said they had placed my order and was emailing a manager to see if they could get me the same price that I was originally quoted. When I called back the second time (because I was disconnected) I received a automated voice message that my order had been placed and I would receive a email confirmation. I did NOT.
The next three persons I spoke to (as my phone call was continously disconnectd) advised they could not honor my original price AND was advised the customer service couldn't even place a order!
I have purchase from the multiple times over the years, but never again
I recommend ordering from walmart or amazon

need more expansive payment options. payed with a mastercard originally, got refunded then told they only accepted crypto now.

Everything was going good until suddenly someone else was accessing the clash account, don’t bother buying accounts from this company

Awful scam of a company. Logged me out of the account and then proceeded to attempt to factory reset my device. Terrible

Seems legit so far. Bought an hour ago. Got account fast. Stay tuned to see if it stays legit
