I got the game and was very exited, I didn't even get to open it because it required an activation key which was missing in the box... is there any way I can get it??

Ordered an Apple adapter which was supposed to be new and unopened, but the packaging was dirty and grubby and had obviously been opened previously, disappointed as it was a birthday present.

The connection between monitor and computer wher incompatible. Rang and requested the correct one, which I was told would be sent. No cable arrived so brought our own system then worked fine.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a keyboard via BackMarket and had to return it. They are now claiming it has not been returned and are withholding the refund and not replying to my messages. Complete scam.

Nearly set on fire
Hi
I emailed yesterday and haven't heard anything. Plugged into a trusted socket and started smoking and then tripped out the power in the room. I was worried a fire was going to start. I have ordered the boosters 3 times through zone.

Unusual method of payment of paying a third party via bank transfer. Made payment instantly. No acknowledgement of payment. No item sent. I had to go through lots of rigmarole to receive a refund.
In hindsight - always ensure standard payment methods with debit / credit cards used and then this would have probably been fine.
