Really good service
Xbox One X visual output failed. Phoned them up, they picked it up and fixed in over a week. Really good service and kept in formed of it through the whole process.

Sent iPad Pro in with poor battery…
Sent iPad Pro in with poor battery life. Gamer Tech told me what was happening every step of the way. I had to wait the full five days as battery was out of stock, but returned swiftly and working perfectly. Home button also repaired. A good little company who I will use again

I was advised to pay extra for their own courier service via DPD . I had to be at home for when the courier arrived, but they still managed to lose my sons xbox series x, and in doing do ruined his Christmas. Would not recommend.

Xbox Series X HDMI fault
I was really nervous about sending in my brand new Xbox series X because by this point I just couldn’t trust anyone after being delivered a broken Xbox by Game. I genuinely couldn’t recommend GamerTech enough. I know how much I relied on reviews when picking GT and I just wanted to add to the positive reviews they already have. Mine was faulty with a broken HDMI and it was sent off Saturday and delivered back to me today. Such a quick process and reassuring with GT sending regular updates.

The most amazing company I have ever had dealings with. I had a issue with my son’s computer months ago. There was some issues along the way on my side not there side. And the company has just been remarkable I want to say thank you publicly as how they have dealt with me as a customer has been absolutely astonishing. I never give 5 stars until now wow
Wow. Amazing. Was slightly nervous as was sending my sons Nintendo Switch via Dpd . However I was kept up to date by Gamer Tech as soon as dropped of parcel to my local dpd drop off point. Immediate email and daily contact from the guys through the process of fixing the issues . Which was a charging issue and headphone Jack not working.
Was sent picture of the testing and emails regular , was then returned to once completed on a next day delivery.
All was fixed however there was a issue with the headphone jack , no worries a quick call and send it back at no extra cost.
Found out even though the jack was fixed there was a problem with the reader so that was done and dusted and then sent back to me.
Customer service second to none and believe spoke to Charlie who was polite and very helpfull.
Thanks all for your work and service , have already recommended you guys and gals so thanks again , I have a very happy 9 year old 👍👊

I sent of my Xbox One to GamerTech due to a Screen, Black Screen, Error Codes or Software Fault - The cost of repair was little compared to the price I originally paid for the console. The P&P is free which is great and the technicians explained what I needed to do over the phone. The Xbox was sent back to me but the disc was not working as the console made a shuddering sound I called the technicians back again and they explained I need to go through the same process so I sent it back and this time the Xbox console was fixed and cleaned as it was the mesh inside causing it to make that noise.
Anyway this was like anything in life things can go wrong unexpectedly but they fixed it for me and sent it back quickly plus thecommunication was great so I will use there service again if anything else happens.

Excellent service from start to finish. Xbox had a port problem and with email contacts and updates the whole process was transparent and efficient. With prompt collection using a special container to delivery the whole job took only a few days.

I am really happy with the repair on my…
I am really happy with the repair on my little boys old switch. He broke his newer one and this was a lot cheaper than buying again. I used the collect option with Dpd which was very easy, all I had to do was give it to them on my doorstep to put into a secure box. The repairs are all tracked online with notes and I received a little video and photos showing the process and the switch working.
The prices are brilliant for the repairs too so I will definitely be using them again to repair rather than replace.

PS4 Repair Wizards!
PS4 began to sound like a helicopter, even the fan was overheating. Then the console stopped working altogether. Found these guys on the interweb selected a collection option and sent it in. I got excellent communication as to the status of my repair and when it would ready to send back. I know not what sorcery takes place, but all was fixed and returned within a week. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again.
