Comecei a jogar pelo site a mais ou menos 4 meses, aprendi como funcionava o sistema de pontos e comecei a pontuar melhor, 1 semana depois que comecei a fazer dinheiro na plataforma eu fui banido por "manipulação de elo", sendo que da mesma forma que eu tinha partidas boas em campeonatos eu tambem tinha partidas ruins, e isso não mudava fora deles, final de ano, pré temporada e ninguém estava se esforçando pra ganhar as partidas apenas eu tentando ganhar, e por causa disso eu tomo ban na plataforma, fora que não respondem aos tickets, não tem suporte nenhum no discord, demoram mais de 2 meses pra pagar.

I really love this site but i can not identify myself since summer eventho i sent them my ID. Persona simply does not work for me and i can not figure it out why.

Conheci a gamercraft no meio desse ano de 2022, durante uns 5/6 meses eu participei de várias Ladders e consegui juntar um dinheiro, então no dia 06/11 eu decidi sacar e no dia seguinte minha conta foi suspensa.
Tentei entrar em contato, envieei vários emails provando que eu não tinha feito nada e fui simplesmente ignorado, tentei buscar ajuda no discord e fui banido de lá, tentei nas redes sociais e também fui ignorado.
Banimento totalmente sem sentido, minha conta já era verificada há muito tempo e eu até já tinha solicitado um saque antes, mas era de um valor pequeno, então não deu nada né...
Depois de quase 2 meses tentando resolver e sendo simplesmente ignorado desisti, me roubaram quase 2 mil reais, gamercraft é scam não utilizem esse site.

Edit: Eles me responderam aqui no site falando que estavam reformulando o suporte e que era pra eu entrar em contato, não responderam denovo, escreveram qualquer coisa pra tentar justificar a minha avaliação, é muita cara de pau kkkkk. Se eu pudesse dava 0 estrelas

Hoje faz 42 dias que fiz um saque e até hoje meu dinheiro não caiu, e o pior de tudo é que reclamei do discord deles e fui banido lá e eles não respondem mais meus e-mais!

No começo foi bom, fiz 4 saques e caiu no 7º dia útil agora sempre demoraram de responder ticket eu até entendo por ser uma empresa nova; agora fiz um saque no dia 31/08/22 e não caiu até hj 20/09/22. 2 tickets respondido(1º me avisaram que cairia na proxima remessa dia 15 responderam isso, 2º ticket me pediram desculpa pela demora estão tentando melhorar (eu até abrir o coração falei blz deve ter tido alguma falha) me respnderam isso domingo dia 18/09/22, hj dia 20/09/22 eu crendo ele leu o email claro vai resolver em mais alguns dias.

Gosto da plataforma. Joguei alguns campeonatos, mas aí dá não recebi, gostaria de saber sobre a experiência de quem já recebeu, quanto tempo demora. Obrigada

Iam waiting like 16 days for my payout and still wating for it, I love the site too much and love league of legends cause it helps Gamers get money to continue and I hope other players and me get money faster cause its takes along.. thanks and Good luck our support... 💕

Support doesn't answer, only after 3 weeks (if you are lucky) they don't care about your problems , also if you can't do the ID verification they don't care , It gives me error every time and they didn't help at all, 0 money from them.

I just don't give 5 stars because it takes a long time to receive the money

I had applied for the payout and I have used their tickets system 4-5 times to ask for help regarding the payout( I'm not receiving any money even after many days of their promised time)
Even the support staff have stopped replying to my queries. Truly hopeless now.

Gamercraft helped me get better in my ranked games, and I'm rewarded for playing well.

If i could give i would give 0 stars, so unprofessional,rules arent same for everyone, if u earn some big money they ban you for no reason. I earned 500 dolars they banned me for no reason after 2 months they unbanned me and they said that they will they send me my money , i was waiting 2 months after unban so they send me my earned money and nothing, they were lying constantly that they will send but nothing, yesterday i got perma for unknown reason and i give up because i realized some stuffs. My friend earned 80 dolars in one tour before 6 months and they still didnt paid him, also alot my friends got perma for unknown reason .

poderia ser melhor a competição por elo.

por exemplo é muito mais facil um prata/gold pontuar em uma partida doque um platina/diamante.
pois nos niveis mais baixos ninguem leva muito a serio objetivo e performance em geral no game...

high competition in tournaments.
only a few small things left something to be desired, like a server having problems at the time of my tournament.
delay to verify and drop the first payment.
other than that, everything is perfect

i just don't give 5 stars because I request a pay out 13 business days a go and didn't get it yet

im just posting another review to let people know and hope everyone reads my review before even thinking of using their website.
people gets banned for no reason which they will say it was made by looking into small details and they will never say they were wrong, wanting to succeed where you cant even admit you mistakes (pride over customer) or were they even mistakes ? cause I can clearly see how people are getting banned every time for nothing wrong they've done !
after writing your review they will tag your review as false information immediately hoping your review to get deleted, even if u gave them a proof that your review is after a real experience they will get back to you saying you've done stuff while they're "mostly" wrong.
Lets talk about the fact what their website says about the payouts, (5-7 business days) which is a big lie, cause it can take over a month and even if you opened tickets asking about your payouts they will respond telling you to do their verify identity application, which you will do more the once and nothing will change.
And im writing this review after experience of payouts and bans, also asking a bunch of people about their experience.
i waited for my payout for over a month, got banned for what they call account sharing, which if it was real there would've been a change of champions or items or jungle clearing or cs count, there was none but mostly it was because i won over joining credit ladders and won money without depositing any, if this was wrong please dont lie to people.
after all this was a bad experience, thought it was legit and turns out its not, take care people you're going to waste your time without gaining anything.
gamercraft answered with "unbanned more people than I can count in the past, some of which were our mistake" which people can see how they treat banned people saying the decision was final and will not discuss with you about anything, how would people believe what you guys say. also even if you say i named a few of the reasons that could show tendencies of account sharing, my matches were identical to the past games and i was banned for no reason, if you manually review the account by many members, then change those members because obviously they are not doing their best on this, as long as you guys keep keep getting suspicious about every player uses your platform this isnt gonna workout for you guys, and I can show you that my id was verified and i waited over a month (not in April) so still lies over lies.

They banned me for smurfing/sharing account i submitted my appeal and only received automated response from support telling me that the decision was final, nor did she take the time to review my side of the story. I never took adventage or broke the rules at any time and their automatic anti-cheat system never detected me ?? They manually banned me because one guy complaing in discord 30mins after that i got banned no Make sense 4 months playing in gamercraft for this .

I won their xmas grand prize giveaway, which was over half a year ago now. I still haven't received my prize.. which was the grand prize..

They removed all cash tournaments for NA without any announcement so I dont even know if they will come back.

I really like this App because it offered me alot to cover my bills, school... It's awesome.
In addition to the gaming competition ( did some rapping there xD) which i've always wanted to experience and i lived it with Gamercraft and i believe The best is yet to come :D
