Based on my personal experience, trusting the Kahnawake Gaming Commission is a mistake. If you expect help from them, forget it. They provided me with no meaningful support, no clarity, and absolutely no evidence to back up anything they claimed.

I am deeply disappointed with the Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s handling of my dispute involving JackpotCity Casino. After winning CAD $35,000 fairly and requesting a withdrawal, JackpotCity confiscated my winnings citing a “name mismatch” because the deposit was made with a joint credit card in my husband’s name.

Despite my repeated submission of valid identification and documentation proving ownership and legitimacy, the casino never performed proper customer due diligence. Instead, they suspended my account and seized my funds without any opportunity for verification.

I escalated the issue to the KGC, expecting regulatory oversight and fairness. However, the KGC sided with the operator without properly investigating whether the operator complied with its own AML and KYC obligations under KGC regulations (Sections 18, 19, and 25). They admitted the casino confiscated my winnings without requesting any documentation or verification — a clear breach of their own rules.

The entire process has dragged on for over 90 days, with KGC repeatedly citing only the casino’s terms and conditions instead of enforcing their regulatory framework. Their inaction leaves players vulnerable to unfair treatment with little recourse.

If you are considering playing on KGC-licensed sites, please be aware that the regulatory protection may not be reliable. I am now pursuing legal action to recover my funds and seek accountability.

Solche Behörden machen sich zum Mittäter. Durch Inaktivität, Verschleppung von Beschwerden und Weigerung zur internationalen Zusammenarbeit wird dem organisierten Betrug der Weg geebnet. Die Erteilung von Lizenzen wird zur bloßen Formalität, zur Geldmaschine für korruptionsanfällige Strukturen, während Verbraucher weltweit schutzlos ausgebeutet werden.

Diese Kommission ist kein Regulator. Sie ist ein Feigenblatt, das einem Abzocknetzwerk Seriosität verleihen soll – und damit nichts anderes als ein Komplize im systematischen Betrug.

They protect scam casinos and will never take the player's side. Nalu casino accused me of using vpn which is a total lie and they took casino's side and did not even prove why. They simply copied exactly the terms and conditions of the casino, just like the casino did and sent me a mail. There was absolutely no proof or evidence and i am totally innocent, i never used vpn to play at any casino. Not to mention that i had no answer for 2 weeks, i wrote them a mail and then they replied to me that same day, i am sure there was absolutely no check or investigation. As long as casinos are paying them, they will close eyes and protect them... I wish i could give a 0 to these frogs.

Nowadays known scam licence. Noone should play and casino with Kahnawake licence for their own sake. If you lose, cool. If you win, you'll get denied of the withdraw after weeks and weeks of messaging them first. Want a deal like that? I'm making this review after getting first hand knowledge how they work. There are really many cases such as this and it's always this licence. The comission doesn't even do anything. It's 100% useless. Whatever they tell you is a lie. Behalf of like 5 cases I've come by in a short period of time never trust this licence.
