Never received my Cube

Never received my Cube. Customer Service Center Said they are so sorry and sent mir gern der Tracking number. That doesn‘t help me. I‘m waiting for a proper answer! Have placed a compainment with request for delivery or redund at Paypal. Should have been an easter present… ordered 24.3.26 still not here.

I've made several purchases from GANCUBE

I've made several purchases from Gancube, All Being very happy with what I recieve. I own probably 10 or more Gancube 3x3s some purchased from GAN,Amazon, Their Tiktokshop or speedcubeshop. Gancube makes the best cubes in the world in my opinion and I dont think anyone can really argue against that. Thanks GAN <3 Deathsong

Big deterioration of client support

2 stars because products are generally good and a proper rate. In the past I had to deal with client support which was super efficient. However in the last months, I had to order a replacement core, which was delivered broken. since then, I've been contacting client support over and over again, and NO answer. I wanted to order a new cube and was asking for a core to be placed in my order, on which I wanted to use a coupon which was about to expire, and never got a response. Even the bot won't reply to me anymore !Guess I was blacklisted which is a shame as wasn't asking for much. Anyhow, placed a recent order for a new cube (with no discount) and was received properly.

Best cube shop

You have great customer service, 12 February I ordered a 2 x 2 Gan 351 M Pro and it is fantastic, I also I baught the Gan hallo timer and it's very good.
Lastly I bought the lube set and I put a little in the cube to slow it down.

Great customer service experience

Customer service had very quick response time to my inquiry. Needed to order replacement parts for my son's cube, and the parts came a lot faster than I expected. I have to say that this is very welcoming especially with how far customer service has fallen. Felt like I was dealing with an actual person, but I can't say for sure, either way it was a great experience.

We received a broken £42 cube

We received a broken £42 cube. My son bought it with his birthday money and the mechanism inside was broken, so that when he turned it, the whole thing just crumbled into pieces. We put it back together numerous times but it would just break again straight away.
To be honest, I know faults happen so that’s not why I’m disappointed. When we contacted the company to ask for a refund (we sent them a video showing the problem), they suggested we just followed a video with instructions on how to out it back together, even though we explained that was not the problem. The customer service was non-existent. That’s why we won’t be using Gancube again and will be telling friends to avoid.

I will always be ordering direct from Gan now.

I have found ordering direct from Gan has been much better. I've received my cubes quicker (compared to Aliexpress) as well as them being cheaper. Yes, it takes a while compared to Amazon (with their inflated prices) but delivery times are very reasonable.

My order Gan 66129, I placed my order on February 2, 2026, and the package still hasn’t arrived. There has been no reliable update on the delivery status, and my inquiry was not handled in a helpful manner. Very disappointing – this is definitely not the level of customer service and shipping I expected.

Service client gancube…

J’ai commandé un smart cube sur leur site le 20 février, je suivais mon colis avec le tracking number, tout d’un coup le 26 février il indique "shipment returned to shipper", je n’ai plus aucune nouvelle de la compagnie, j’ai envoyé 4 email aucune réponse, j’ai utiliser leur chat sur leur site et aucune réponse, j’ai communiqué sur leur facebook messenger et aucune réponse, j’a envoyer un email au transporteur et aucune réponse…vraiment ordinaire j’ai payé ce cube 188$. J’espere toujours avoir une réponse un jour…

Never got it lost for 2 weeks

My order GAN65203 has been missing for 2 weeks now tracking shows it was loaded on a plane and its vanished. I have no idea why I am expected to just wait forever in the hope the logistics company might find it.

I actually want a meaningful resolution.

So far paid the money - got nothing :(
