We had a very positive experience with the whole Garage Flex team. The original design was great and they were able to schedule the work in quickly. The team who came to do the work were personable and their work was high quality. We have also been happy with the follow up and the 10 year guarantee.

We have a large double garage, in one half we keep a car, the other has been used for general storage and for a smart bike trainer setup. It had become very cluttered and uninviting. We contacted Garageflex, booked a video consultation. They sent through suggestions for design and with a bit of discussion we agreed a format.
The installation team were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, and the work has been completed to a high standard.
In summary they have provided us with a garage that does everything we need it to do we are very pleased with the results.

Sadly we can't say we're happy with the finished product. We went with the panelling which allows you to hang items on.

During the sales process nobody told us it would leave huge scratches on every single piece of wall that bracket would be hung on.

It doesn't look nice to the eye at all sadly. We tried to look past it but when our flooring installer came (not related to garage flex) he immediately pointed out what a bad job it was, subsequently 2-3 people told us the same they were shocked at the scratches.

If we were told at the point of ordering it would look like this we definitely would not have continued as it doesn't look good on the eye.

They say they stagger the boards to provide the best support, which is fair enough but why not tell us before we ordered? We would of only ordered 1 panels worth in width if that was the case to avoid this problem.

To add insult to injury we learned from an advisor the new model they have doesn't do this, so if they told us this before hand we would of used the new upgraded model.

Overall disappointed as it doesn't look very nice, they should warn you about this before you order.

Pros: The installer (Dave) was a nice guy, I don't blame him.

Epic stuff from the Garageflex crew. Completely understood what we wanted to achieve with our garage gym, really easy and simple spec and quote system. Strongly advise going to see their showroom near Maidenhead if you’re unsure if the finish/design is right for you. Really expert, knowledgeable and high quality installation team who got the job done to a really great standard. So pleased we went with Garageflex, money very well spent.

Excellent service! Abi was a fantastic designer, prompt with communication and genuinely interested to give us the best possible options. The rest of the team was also fantastic and the end result is of great quality and aesthetics. Can't fault them, such a refreshing experience with a company! Highly highly recommended!

We are very happy with Garageflex - it has literally transformed our ugly and dirty double garage into a clean, modern and attractive room with smart walls and flooring and lots of functional units, shelving etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Every member of the team was efficient, professional and friendly. The design team were so adaptable to our needs, the admin team were always happy to help with our queries and the installation team were so polite, clean and willing to do whatever made us satisfied with the final look.

Fantastic service from Garageflex from start to finish. Worked with Abi all the way from multiple designs/queries through to completion. The two installers were polite, friendly and hardworking all week to complete our job to a high standard and finish. Checked each day how things were going and if we were completely satisfied. All delivered for a quote/price within our expectations and budget. Highly recommended!

Went with Garageflex after looking around at the other options on the market thay appeared to be best supplier for my garage makeover.

The 2 fitters (Dave & Jason) who carried out the work were excellent from start to finish and produced a totally professional quality job and was 100% satisfied with the work they carried out.
They also got rid of the rubbish for us

Best supplier for what we wanted

I am so happy with the make over of our garage. Feels and looks like a brand new room. We would highly recommend Garageflex.

Great product which has totally transformed our garage and given us so much extra space! The design team were very helpful and the fitter did an excellent job. A couple of hiccoughs in delivery of materials but we are in Scotland, a long way from Garageflex!
