I have been a loyal customer for 15-20 years. Last year, something happened to your manufacturing process for Mega MSM because the 6 bottles I ordered came with a really foul odor. It caused me to lose confidence in your product. Of the products from other manufacturers I have used since then, none had the odor. I called with the problem and asked if other customers have complained. The agent on the phone refused to answer my question but offered to replace the remaining bottles. It's difficult for me to believe that there hasn't been other complaints.

I have been taking Artho 7 and Mega MSM for years, also took Sinetic and Lung Support in the past. Their ThyroSlend may have been instrumental in normalizing my thyroid! GardaVita's products are wonderful, and I enjoy their publication as well, in which they are wonderfully transparent and educational about the ingredients in their formulations. They encourage lifestyle changes as well as supplements to get results and they don't claim that their products are "magic" without other actions being taken.

I have always had good service with GardaVita. Sometimes they call me before I need the product I use. I just say that I don't need the product right now, but call me next time it is on sale. They are always polite and friendly and later on I will get another call. I like the product I take and I like your company.

Very happy with the product, never tried any other supplement to see if it's the best. Service on buying the product is very good and order operators are easy to work with.

Don;t use LaserShip for deliveries. I've had this experience with them before with another vendor. Instead of the front door they leave the package at the garage door where there's no protection from the rain and if you back the car out without checking you'll run right over the package. Twice I almost did that. I got the other vendor to put our deliveries assigned to another shipper. I'm sure you use LaserShip because they're cheaper; you get what you pay for.

The late 1970's are when I actually started taking G.H.3. Without a single break since then, I have still been enjoying it. At 76, I continue commanding excellent health. Although now retired from teaching, I still keep enjoying my life with full vigor --- despite being a diabetic & a heart surgery [2007] survivor. Look at the ingredients of G.H.3., and you will readily recognize the "wealth of nature" G.H.3. is laced with. I've also benefited from AC.F. 23 & Medizyme 'N'.

Solicitor from Garda Vita did not process order as instructed. In less than 24 hour followup to adjust the order we were told that it couldn't be changed because "it wasn't in our system". Yet in an additional contact a day later we were told that the order had shipped.

Both these contacts were lies in our mind as we know how computers operate and how a reputable company should handle business. BAH!!!

I have used GardaVita for years, but now, since they are using FedExPlus, I doubt if I will use them again. My recent box was sent all over the US, including Georgia (hundreds of miles from KY). They MUST change to USPS.

I have Arthro 7 for several years and it has worked for relief of pain, i jus started using Prostata plus ,so far it does not do any thing that the same type of product that Costco sells ,time will tell.

I have been using this company's products for years and I would recommend it to anyone.

WHY CALL?
call you and tell you your product is on sale and you only buy 1 bottle and you end up paying full price,having product still left over and rep pushing more because they are on sale? I WOULD RATHER call when I need product from the book RATHER THAN BEING LIED TO
