I ordered 19 path lights with bulbs and they shipped without the bulbs. I sent an email that they shorted me bulbs and they wanted proof by sending a picture of me not receiving bulbs. I too a picture of the empty socket and its been 2 days and still haven't heard a response. Still waiting on the bulbs I ordered

I ordered the last pieces over 2 weeks ago
and still no delivery.
I had planned to install them for tomorrow, July 4
party here on our property. While I realize that delivery is often out of their control. Disappointing

pathway light was missing a bulb and connectors,

other than that everything went as expected.

Great quality outdoor lights, perfectly match the reviews. High quality, heavy duty and very easy installation.

I originally ordered one pathlight to determine whether it appeared as advertised. It did, but one of the glass bulb covers arrived broken. It appeared to have been screwed into the fixture too tightly. When Gardenreet was apprised of this, they immediately sent an entire new light. Unfortunately, the replacement light arrived with both glass bulb covers shattered. As the shipping box was somewhat dented, this may have been the result of mishandling by UPS. Nevertheless, it appears that Gardenreet needs to wrap their glass bulb covers more thoroughly and lablel the packages as being fragile. Subsequently, I ordered eight of the path lights and they all arrived intact. Again however one of the bulb covers was always contained in a flimsy box that was loose in the larger box. This needs to be corrected. I have not yet had a chance to install the lights, so I cannot comment on how well they work, but they do look nice.

Easy to assemble, just the right amount of light, aesthetically pleasing.

Great products and quick reliable delivery. I could not wait to get my pathway lights and small spot lights installed. The packages included the bulbs I specified and Gardenreet will be my go to for landscape lighting in the future. I am required to have reduced light pollution in my area and the lighting turned out perfect.

Do not buy Gardenreet products unless you go through Amazon. If you don't, you have no recourse if the order is wrong. Our order was not fulfilled correctly. We were shorted on our path lights, including one being broken. We glued it……. They wouldn’t respond to our issue. They simply sent a pic of the box which was delivered. They do not answer their phone ever. While they have a Delaware address, this company does not function like it’s domestic.

Delivery was prompt and on schedule. Received my spotlights with no issue. Package properly. The spotlights are beautiful. Heavy, which shows the quality of the metal and craftmanship of the product. I got the Black color brass spotlights. Gardenreet was constantly sending me updates on my order and even after my order was delivered.

Excellent order response and shipping. UPS and FedEx delivery are great. Don’t ever use USPS!!

Had exactly what I needed and of good quality. Fast fulfillment and shipping.

My shipment did not come on time. I had a request an additional shipment to get my complete order.

So far so good. Various plants indoor seem to respond to the lights very well. I like the tripod feature to allow it to extend upwards as the plants grow. Additionally, the flexibility of each LED arm is helpful to maximize the light to plants in given space settings.

Easy to install, looks great and lights up the trees around a backyard pond.

Lights turn on and off on their own. I am able to turn on and turn off manually but a few hours after turning them off they go back on. I received a call shortly after contacting customer service about the control issue. They said they would look into it. It's been a week and I have not heard back from anyone yet.

Great product. Transaction was smooth. Emailed CS a few times for advice on product/configuration and got quick responses. Product looks to be built very very solid - impressed with quality. Would buy again
