First time purchase - very happy
Great communication. Speedy delivery from garden sanctuary. The product - I got this to use indoors over winter. I would ignore the age range for this product as I can’t see it lasting a 3 yr old personally! But A lovely little item for my 7 month old grandchild. We hold him on the slide and he loves the swing. I would say realistically he may get a year out of it. It was very easy to put together. It is lightweight so you need to watch your kids when they’re on it. If you swing it too high it will move and possibly go over. Don’t leave your kids alone. But great item for the price.

Sturdy shelf unit
Really impressed with this product, Very easy to assemble with all the necessary screws and allan key provided. Nice piece of storage equipment to use in the shed.

Very happy with it
Good service and quick delivery. Took a while to assemble but the result is a good looking, sturdy and waterproof box. Just a hint - make sure that when you connect the lock lever (part B2), that the part number is showing outwards. We initially put it on the wrong way round and couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t work!

Great product and customer service
I ordered a cycle storage unit for our son. But forgot to change the delivery address.
Garden Sanctuary were very helpful and tried to get it re-directed. Whilst the re-direction did not work the fact the delivery company could not find our address meant it went back to Garden Sanctuary and was delivered correctly to our son in Glasgow.
The storage unit was great but needed a few extra screws and they got this all sorted in not time at all. Excellent customer service and a great product

Item arrived quickly in good condition. The instructions were straightforward and it went together well.
I wondered if it would be strong enough (I’m using it to house my large collection of cookery books in the kitchen to keep them clean behind the acrylic doors).
It has proved to be up to the task, works and looks great.

I really like the fire we purchased - good quality
I really like the fire we purchased. So many different colours and temps to choose from. Heats up the room super quick. Good delivery times. Have ordered the wisteria here before,faux flower vines. Also really great quality. All in all I've got nothing but positive things to say of the company.

The pergola is of superb quality. Instructions Not!
The pergola is of superb quality and we are delighted with it and the speed of delivery.
The instructions are atrocious and caused additional work as wrong screw bolts used due to their being two lots labelled the same (M6 x 15) but being different bolts!
Why they can’t have a video showing step by step instruction is beyond me.
This is why 4 stars and not 5

Don’t waste your money or your time with this outfit
I ordered a small cast iron bbq from this outfit and it was delivered inside a cardboard box with no protection . It arrived with parts broken off it . Someone had made a small hole in the top of the box to look at the damage before it was delivered to me .
I contacted the company on two different email addresses with photos of the box and damage and I received this response and I have followed up 2 times and no further response .

Cash was swiftly returned. Correspondence was good from the seller. I think using a different courier would benefit the seller.

Review on flat-pack shed
We were amazed how quickly the shed was delivered. I thought that the instructions that accompanied the shed were very good and all parts were labelled very well and correlated well to the instructions. To put in context, I am more 'have a go' type person and I was able to put the shed together. Three tips, 1) check you have all parts before you start, 2) read the instructions cover to cover and 3) spend time on getting the doors correct - that the fiddliest bit for me.

Sadly the item was not fit for the purpose that I needed it for. I did leave a review as I was unable to get through regarding the returns process and they immediately contacted me back offering a solution so that that the matter was resolved . Will look on the website to purchase an alternative .
