It's a very simple Buisness plan but most people don't execute it very well .

No 1 = be nice and honest and don't try and let money oversee your end goal keeping the customer happy

No 2 be efficient with communication and help people who don't know what their doing and give good advice

No 3 Offer great value for money and don't take the Michael

No 4 sell fantastic products and re assure people that they have come to the right place

No5 fast service with a smile .

These guys offer all of this and above and I'm coming back !

I bought a Husqvarna 350fc from Dave Jack and the team at Garland and I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience from contacting Dave about the bike on the phone to visiting them at there work place to view it and finally purchasing said bike from Jack was brilliant. These guys definitely know there stuff. I would definitely recommend them.

I honestly didn’t think good customer service and good trustworthy people didn’t exist in this world anymore but Dave has give me hope 😁 Purchased KTM 125 and riding like a dream been 6 weeks now. From start to finish of purchase process couldn’t fault a thing. Bike was exactly as described and was sent a video with an all round view and also bike running. Paid a deposit and he had the bike to me in 2days with over 100mile journey. Quick response no messing about a pleasure to do business with. Will definitely recommend and purchase any future bikes from Garland

Was a very quick and easy process. Buying my first bike was a bit dornting but they answered every question I had and gave a great walk around preview of the bike which answered all of my questions.

Even delivered it on the same day, even though it was coming from over 200 miles away.

Bought crf450r bike off them yesterday soon as I saw the bike i Bought it straight away. And I was speaking to Dave right through the process and he made it so easy buying the bike and had it delivered to me 150 miles away the following next day on a pallet. Was very happy with my purchase and the money i paid for it aswell. I will buy from them again in the future
