Withdrawal Issues and Unhelpful Support

I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds, but the payment simply isn’t going through. It’s been quite frustrating because there is no clear explanation for the delay.

What made the situation worse was the response from customer support. Instead of providing any concrete help or timeline, I was basically told to just wait and hope that the money would arrive at some point. That kind of response feels unprofessional and dismissive, especially when it comes to someone’s funds.

At this stage, I’m left uncertain if or when I will actually receive my money. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the platform.

Terrible experience.
There is no real customer support, only a chatbot that blocks you for 60 minutes if it does not understand your question. Transfers stay pending for 5 days, leaving you unable to access your own money. Even when a transfer is promised within 1 hour, the money still does not arrive on time.(for 4 days as NEW!)
If a company takes responsibility for handling other people’s money, it should provide reliability, accountability, and strong guarantees. This service does not.
I do not recommend it.

Horrible service

I made a withdrawal over a week ago, and the money still hasn’t arrived. I work with clients who pay me through Ghana, so I first tested it with $50 to make sure everything worked — that went through fine. After that, I sent a larger amount, and now it’s completely stuck.

There is no proper support available, no updates, and no way to get help. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

Absolutely terrible service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Scam – Money Not Received

I used Garna to receive a payment, but the money never arrived. This is extremely concerning because payment platforms are supposed to handle transactions reliably.

I have been waiting for the payment and still have not received the funds. Situations like this make the platform feel unreliable, especially when real money is involved.

Until this issue is resolved and the payment is delivered, I cannot recommend using this service.

ISSUE RESOLVED: Payment Received - Thank you Support

UPDATE (Feb 16, 2026):
The issue has been fully resolved. Garna support successfully verified my account and my payment of $250+ has been received in full. I appreciate that the team stepped in to fix the verification loop I was stuck in. For other creators: the process was difficult at first, but they are legitimate and they do pay. I am updating my rating to 4.1 stars to reflect this positive resolution. Thank you.

ORIGINAL REVIEW (Feb 12, 2026):
I am a creator on Higgsfield and Garna/McPay is currently holding over $250 of my earnings hostage. This has been a 10-day nightmare.

Their verification process is broken, and their support team (Stacy, Kate, etc.) is either nonexistent or incompetent.

The Loop of Hell: I have submitted valid legal documents (Passport, Bank Direct Deposit Forms, Physical Bank Letters). They reject them instantly with generic 'not suitable' messages without reading them.

Broken App: The app locks you out with a 'Limit Reached' error, the web chat is broken, and support tells you to 'use the chat' when the chat is disabled.

Robotic Support: I have sent 10+ emails explaining a simple name mismatch error on their end. They ignore the text and send copy-paste replies asking for documents I already sent.

They treat legitimate users like criminals. My identity is verified (Green light), but they refuse to verify my address or fix a simple profile error, effectively stealing my funds.
