Gas Engineer Software has completely transformed the way we run our business. Being able to send reminders to our customers when their services are due, are such a great way of keeping repeat custom.
We have just recently started to use the Calendar function, which now links directly to our Apple devices, which again, has pushed our business forward that one step further.
Being able to send appointment confirmation emails save us a great amount of time too.
The support provided by GES is second to none, which goes a long way.
Would highly recommend this software if you want to elevate your business!

The software has everything we need to run the business and they constantly improve things.Great for certs servicing diaries etc etc.

Since joining our family company just a few months ago with zero clue on where to begin, the support from GES mainly Alexa has been second to none, the system itself is one that I feel we could not be without, being able to stream line your work making this easier for engineers on the go and teaming that with the office means we all work to the same level, next to no paperwork as this is all done online, keeping quoting and invoicing in one area also makes what can sometimes feel like a lot of tasks, feel like not a lot at all. Trust the system is my best advice as this really does lift the work load in many areas freeing up more time to be present for your clients and your staff.

A game changer for me and my team. We do a lot of gas checks and plumbing work and after speaking to Alexa at GES she helped me get to grips with the app, ensuring I was making best use of its capabilities. It has genuinely saved me 10+ hours a week. No more printing work sheets off from agencies! Input all the data to the app and me and the lads can complete the works from it. Highly recommended. Why give yourself a hard time, writing out paper work reports, storing them in a filing cabinet and organising service reminders to your customers every year. Using GES is like having a secretary to do all that for you, and more. Do yourself a favour, ditch the paperwork and just concentrate on the job customers pay you for. Its easy to use software and cheaper than using the printers. Ditch the stress with G E S.

From being able to create gas certificates and all other documents needed for my job gas engineering software has it all book keeping job tracking and bookings, job navigation using google maps. Paid and unpaid invoices to outstandinging jobs.
Its help me massively keep track and understand how to navigate reporting and accounting better making time spent doing admin to a minimum.
On top of that Alexa Macathur is great in assisting you if your stuck with any of the site more complex situations.

I have used GES for several years, it is an indispensable tool I use in my business.
Saves valuable time and money and contributes to feeling I have control over my business and a large percentage of my admin.
Any issues are always explained or resolved swiftly. These things are always changing and evolving but how that’s implemented is crucial. It has always been done in a constructive way.
I have a few things I’d like to see the app do that it doesn’t at present.
I have asked but as yet not seen it implemented. I guess not all things asked for will be. But one feature I’d like would be extremely useful to myself and I’m sure many others. 5 star review because it deserves it.

Only been a user for 6 months but GES has changed the way I operate my business for the better.

GES is an amazing app - I wouldn't be able to run my business without it at this point. It's reliable, has great support, and is super easy to use. I can create certificates straight from my phone and send them to the customer on the spot - something they really appreciate.

It's also allowed me to consolidate a bunch of different tasks into one system. Before I'd spend my evenings invoicing jobs and use google calendar - and things were getting missed.

Best app I have to run my business everyday. Easy to use couldn’t recommend them enough.

WE have been associated with this software company for a good few years now. They always reply and try to help us understand and navigate the business software system. It's a fairly good system organising work for the engineers on a calendar (diary) and storing all the documents electronically , makes the scheduling and organising of site work, a lot easier. I would recommend their product whole heartedly to any aspiring small to medium sized heating or gas safe registered service company .
