No issues, verification process was a little slow. Deposited €25, won 12k, 5k winnings in bank account now (4days waiting including verification). Have to wait a week for second withdrawal of 5k then 1 month for the balance. 5k weekly max withdrawal, 10k monthly max. Live chat helpful and as long as wagering requirements are met and registration completed correctly shouldn't have any issues. Would recommend 👌

They even let me add my bank account as my country stopped accepting visa payment. They bend over backwards to help. Don't listen to all these 1 star reviews, they all took the bonus and didn't realise the wagering requirements. These guys have paid out many many many times easy no hassle. My first time was easy too. Submit my id and proof of address. They said 48 hours and then 3 days to bank. I had it within the 48 hours sitting in my bank

I had my account locked because I tried to get a pay out, account was verified, took 7 weeks to Get unlocked they took my money and when asking for it after emails all ignored they decided to excluded me for asking for free spins so I'm locked out again and took all my money, I have been polite and patient

They took over $5,000 off me. They told me I had breached clause 6 in the welcome bonus. I wrote a very good review of this casino, this was my first impression and then this happened to me. I won a jackpot and as they were acting kindly , i decided to not withdrawed the whole as i know this is a problem for a casino, and tried to show them that i really apreciated the way they acted , compared to scammers like betways or 22bet and most of the casinos , then suddendly all the slots seemed to be impossible and in quickly i lost my win, but more than that, they blocked me , arguing i had a gambling problem (i am playing for 20 years and dont put my finance at risk, knowing i will lose anyway so i got a budget for that, but they blocked me because i had so many loyalty points that i could play everyday for like 100 dollars without deposit, I understand now why people were complaining so much about this casino, it is probably the worst of all,

Absolutely awful. I can accept losses but this site is diabolical totally fixed in there favor. Even when you ask them to look into it you get told that its all tested and payouts are are there at the bottom of the page. Not helpful in the slightest. AVOID AVOID!!!

Great site. Easy to withdraw winnings without being made to jump through hoops.

They allowed me to play for about a month, I deposited almost every day and won nothing. Last week I won £550 and went to withdraw my winnings. The next day I tried to log in and they have locked me out of my account and have ignored all the emails I have sent them for well over a week!

Will be sending details to gambling commission later today as well as asking for help from several companies/websites who deal with complaints in the gambling industry because I wont let this lie. Its the principle now after just being ignored completely by them, ill take this as far as I can and ill make a LOT of noise about it!
